“Bad customer care - lack of empathy and rudeness towards a new possible patient I couldn’t get an appointment for an emergency simply because it was a temporary crown from another dentist. I was told that anything initiated by another dentist is not something they want to interfere with. They would not even listen to the details - they just redirected me to another practice (Dental 365). I also wanted other new dental services from Lassus Keizersgracht but they wouldn’t even listen. If you absolutely want to be their patient, I assume the best way is to book an intake without providing too many details upfront. After you have registered this way, they might want to accept you as their patient.”

“Aweful, never had such an experience with dentists, trying to make a cleaning last as long as possible (switching tools literally every 5 seconds) and not using the pressure device for most of the time. Teeth were hurting for days, which never happened to me in 25 years. High part wasn't done despite 30 min time, which is usually all done in less than that at any dentists I've been too. Trick to force me to take an other appointment, which I didn't because of the pain and serious concern my teeth might have been damaged with excessive use of tools and hand pressure instead of water pressure. Outrageous price, longer time on the bill than what was done and insane bill for a simple cleaning! I opened a claim against them. They ignore your emails of course. Run away!”
