“I was Very impressed with Dr. Cummings and his hygienist Jenny. They made me feel less nervous for the dental work I needed done. Dr. Cummings is a very caring Dr. He is genuinely concerned about you as his patient and your treatment. He listens and will explain everything so you know what he's going to do. The ladies at the front desk know their stuff too.. I needed not worry about my insurance, they took care of everything and I overheard one of them explaining to a patient about purchasing a Dental Plan that was affordable to help pay his dental costs.. The whole staff is caring and professional..”

“This was my girls first visit at the ages 3 and 2 and I wasn’t sure how they would do. It didn’t start off great while they were watching me get my teeth done but when it came time for their turn they did awesome. The team was amazing, very kind and extremely patient. They did a wonderful job of also distracting the girls when needed and let them get some toys from the toy chest. My girls were so excited to tell everyone about their dentist visit. Hates off to all the staff!!!”

Hygienist Kelsey was also very thorough during my first cleaning with her. Front desk ladies are friendly and Cynthia took the time to explain the different treatment plans for me. “This place hands down has got to have the most unprofessional office manager EVER... She is very rude and wouldn't even let me speak, then just kept cutting me off every time I tried to speak. That was just the start of it. They are not very informative for people that doesn't have the knowledge of anything with dentures and implants. Make sure you ask many of questions. I feel some information is left out purposely. I ended up leaving w dentures I couldn't even wear that cost a lot of money and lots of Sores in my mouth from where they tried to force them to fit. I would not recommend anyone going here. I would also say the office manager needs to be replaced. I'm sure I am not the only one that has had an issue with her in Jackson Tn at Affordable Dentures. Also called many of times trying to get in to pick up my dentures and I left many if voice-mails and I don't live close. I never could get a answer or a call back. so they say the reason they didn't fit was due to me not getting in soon enough. That was not my fault and if they were doing their job properly then I should have had a call back after leaving numerous voice-mail. I just think it's very unprofessional for any office manager to treat and talk to customers the way she did. It is also not right for clients to leave after spending so much money on a useless product without any suggestions on what could be done.”

Dr. Johnson was great and was even able to get much more than expected done that day! I’m very pleased overall from Darrell to Heather and her neighboring coworker. You all did a great job! They were even short staffed by 3 employees and still had excellent attitudes and customer service.”
