“The facility was well designed, location was in the middle of Peachtree Street midtown. The staff were friendly and respectful, once I completed my paperwork, I was called to receive x-rays and a review of my e-rays with the doctor. He and his assistant explained in detail what needed work and how it would be performed in the VA agreed to move forward with the procedure. The assistant and doctor listen to me and ensure I understand what the procedure and I want to do the right things. The entire process from checking in until I departed was an awesome experience...”

Soon as I walk then it felt really homie oh, I actually got a little sleepy on how comfortable chairs were. I would definitely recommend this place to other folks. They have package deals for those who do not have insurance, these are very professional woman and take pride and joy and what they do and you can really tell its their passion.”

“I had a great experience getting all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I’ve recommended to everyone around me to come see Dr. Jo for their extraction needs. The procedure was done so efficiently and swiftly; I was in and out in 30 minutes even though I had 2 teeth impacted and 2 growing sideways. I had very minor bleeding, swelling, and no bruising at all; everyone I saw post surgery said they could not tell I had my wisdom teeth removed. The staff was attentive, caring, and followed up with me multiple times post op to see how I was doing and answered my many questions and I also was told that I didn’t need to worry about dry sockets because Dr. Jo has not seen a case of it in the past 5 years post op. Highly recommend!”

“Showed up to my appointment for the receptionist to tell me it was canceled. Said they tried to call yesterday but I never received a call. She said the call center scheduled my new patient appointment for 12:30 but they close at 1 so it wouldn’t give them enough time to see me. After reading the reviews this seems like an issue you’d think higher management would look into. I did reschedule but I’ll be canceling that and will never go back.”
