I might add I did not feel one second of pain having 5 teeth extracted and a partial put in. I have had no problems with the partial and it looks beautiful. The staff was very good about explaining everything they were doing and the after care. They are also good at working with you about the financial end of arrangements. I highly recommend them. “I initially liked Apple dental, but I found it odd that they would only give you a referral to their internal orthodontist. When I asked about getting a referral slip to see someone else, they said they couldn’t provide that. I requested a release of records and it’s been over a month. I have not received the release of those records, after going in person, completing forms being informed I would get the paperwork within 24hours - nothing. Calling 2x leaving messages for follow ups - no return call, sending an email and no reply. At this point I am just waiting until April to go somewhere else for my son regular dental appt at a new place.”

Not only their lack of professionalism did they have 2 conflicting opinions the same office but by 2 different people. They had said I needed a deep scaling cleaning. I took all my records to a different dentist and was told.. no you do not require a deep scaling. I did not have gum disease or for that matter which I was told reciedding gums. So today I'm happy I went to a different dental office. I had a new set of ex Ray's and a teeth cleaning.. I'm my humble opinion run as fast as you can out the door at compassionate and find a different dentist that is not a rip off.”
