My daughter needed to have a tooth fixed immediately and they not only were able to accommodate her but cared a lot about what was going on with her . I cannot express how wonderful both Dr.Koppelman are as a dentist and a genuine caring human being. I always refer my friends to them. They are the best !!”

“Stay away! My experience was so terrible, I get angry every time I think about it. It’s been two weeks. Came in for a routine cleaning. Some lady in a rush spent just about 10 minutes cleaning my teeth, then spent the next 20 minutes sandbagging me that my teeth have spots and discolorations and, “I haven’t looked at my teeth before”. Mind you, I have Invisaligns, any person with any common sense would know I have probably looked at my teeth! “You had these since you were a child, you had too much fluoride”. I have never seen these after cleaning my entire life! Maybe if she cleaned my teeth properly, the front would not be whiter than the back! But wait, there is more! She doesn’t know how to use the panoramic x-ray machine. So she calls someone else to assist. While my head is in between the x-ray, the guy wants her to use it for the first time on my head! I had to go get a new cleaning. These guys are awful and you should avoid them if you appreciate any normal decent treatment!!”

“Dr. Grossman is the best!! Got my wisdom teeth removed and was very nervous. She’s calm and confident and had the whole procedure done in 15min it was easy and painless. And she personally followed up by text message later in the day to check how I was doing, so I had her cell number in case I had any questions. Would highly recommend, great experience. I’ve also done a regular teeth cleaning at this location and everyone there is lovely!”

“Lumia dental is the best dental office in the NYC area. I am not a fan of dentist as I had bad experiences in my younger days. The moment you walk on the floor you can feel the positive vibe of the office. Everyone has an upbeat attitude, making you feel welcome and you definitely don’t feel like you’re in a dentist office. 5 stars for sure. Book your appt today. I watched Lucifer while having a root canal. Pretty cool”

“My fav thing to get especially when I’m on liquids for a few days is their Turkish Lentil Soup, (it’s vegan) they have two out of three vegan soups. it’s consistent and great every time. They just did a reservation and I love it because they furniture and ambient before was a bit outdated and honestly a bit broken/stale. Not it feels so cozy that it’s a vibe. The color theme and the furniture is top notch which each having a table. It’s so good that I always get the soup I never need anything else but I can tell the rest of their products are nice and fresh.”

“This dentist is a sham. I first went in for a regular checkup and Dr Nina mentioned I had a cavity. I trusted her as a doctor allowed her to proceed with filling the cavity. When she filled my first cavity she then proceed to tell me I had another minor cavity she failed to see the first time. I was suspicious, but again I thought I could trust her. After all, she seemed like a nice woman who would also welcome me with a warm smile. When she filled my second cavity she then proceed to tell me I needed a root canal and she did not notice the first two times. I immediately knew then this woman is a con artist. There is not much regulation with dentistry as there is with medical doctors. I completely got robbed and taken advantage of by Dr. Nina. I urge any one if you are looking for a dentist - Do not go to her: there are literally hundreds of dentists in NY who do not need to pay there high midtown rent with other doctors in the practice to counter the cost of the rent. She as a solo owner she scams her patients to make her money. I went to a group practice where I received multiple opinions and they all mentioned this doctor took advantage and the so called “root canal” was actually a healthy tooth that doesn’t even have a cavity! Be wise, be aware!”

“When I lived in NYC I did all my dental here and it was amazing. The staff and the dentists are really friendly and cool so you feel calm and happy when here. The office is great as well. I now live in London and I really miss this place. They even helped me dig up some old records for the dentist here. Best place in the city.,”

“Very clean space and kind professional staff. However, it seems the backend is very much all over the place. My insurance is in-network yet I find myself paying ridiculous out of pocket fees. Also, got my Invisalign treatment and before I started I was given a price (in which I had to pay to even start the treatment) only to be told a completely different price after I had already been fitted and given my trays. When I called the office to get more information as to why, they notified me that the person who initially submitted the information really messed up and that they would be writing off the extra I was told. While I really appreciated that and the professionalism, the situations did leave a slight bad taste for me.”
