“Had lunch here the other day and was really impressed. We ordered the Tomato Basil Soup, the Peruvian Chicken Soup (so new it was not even listed on the menu) and the Cheesy Breadsticks. Both soups were very tasty and were filling. The Cheesy Breadsticks were served with a side of marinara and a side of garlic butter and it was all amazing. We finished off with oatmeal raisin cookies which were quite tasty. Prices were a little more than I expected but the meal was quite worth it.”

“I’ve came to Thai Tamarind several times for dinner every time was absolutely amazing. The Hot Thai Chicken Wings are always cooked to perfection and the Combination Pad Thai is my favorite in the Pittsburgh area. The lunch special is awesome as well. I started with Wonton Soup and Crab Rangoon. The Wonton Soup was full of fresh vegetables and three nice size wontons. Of course I got the Combination Pad Thai it came with your choice of soup or salad and a spring roll. Pleasant atmosphere the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!!”

“Great little spot. Tons of gluten free options for those who have allergies or sensitivities. Drink prices (alcohol) were a little pricier than normal, but not horrible. Indoor and outdoor seating. We were outside since it was a beautiful spring evening. Our waitress was very attentive, as well as another who checked in regularly. Super service. We ordered 2 different pizzas, and both came out very quickly. Will definitely visit again, and soon.”

“Ordered one Malai kofta and one Baingan bharta (both medium spicy) for takeout dinner on 7/21. The malai kofta was good, but they gave us some mixed veg curry instead of the Baingan bharta. The mix veg was not very flavorful and very very spicy - just not edible for us. Unfortunately it was too late to call the restaurant to get the order fixed.”

“This place was a beautiful surprise, one of the best burgers I’ve had an a while, the drip living up to its name with the cheese melting off the sides, we also tried the flight which is a great way to try all the different choices because some of the names were creative and made me curious. The service was great, manager answered all the questions. We will definitely be back for the crispy fresh fries and the house sauce was yummy.”

“Drove by this place many times and never stopped in until today. Such a nice, quaint little spot that I will definitely be enjoying again. Enjoyed a really tasty Portuguese lunch and beer there with my brother and sister in law. The wait staff was warm and friendly, Michelle and Jess made for an amazing afternoon, thank you!
