Topolovambo
4.6
( 8 reviews ) $$
Closed until 06:00 PM

445 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60654, United States

“Exceptional. We attended Topolobambo for the first time for their Day of the Dead menu. From the service to the wine selection to the tasting menu, every aspect of the experience was phenomenal. We were thrilled to see Rick Bayless present and speaking with patrons. Some highlights for us were the Pipian and the (off menu surprise) machaca tacos. Highly recommended.”

Split-rail
4.6
( 8 reviews ) $$

2500 W Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60622, United States

“Split-Rail had some very good fried chicken. The pieces are pretty small which is my biggest complaint about the dish. My wife got the salmon and it was pretty amazing. Don't bother getting the fried black eyed peas because both of us thought they were pretty bland. The cocktails are great!”

Caffe De Luca
4.6
( 8 reviews ) $$
Open until 09:00 PM

7427 Madison St, Forest Park, IL 60130, United States

“We had high hopes for this restaurant as we looked at the menu and saw the other reviews. We are vegetarian, so maybe the food wasn't really made for us, but we found the flavors to be lackluster. The initial bread basket was cold (not warm bread). The pizza had a nice thin crust but the cheese and flavors didn't seem good. I kept tasting something different in there that I felt was ruining the flavor ... Something like cheddar cheese type of taste. The service was wonderful though. The staff was really nice. For the price we paid, the meal was not worth it. Maybe non-vegetarians might have a different experience.”

1776 Restaurant
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

397 W Virginia St, Crystal Lake, IL 60014, United States

“1776 is my favorite restaurant. They are 100% gluten free so I'm able to eat here with my celiac diesase without worry. Their food is unique and delicious. It's the only place we go for date night.”

Craft Urban
4.4
( 8 reviews ) $$

211 James St, Geneva, IL 60134, United States

“We came to walk around the town and for lunch. I found Craft Urban because of their gluten free options. We walked around then came here and it was truly amazing! We got the Buffalo cauliflower, and the lunch special of the Crispy chicken sandwich with the pear salad (all gluten free!) the cauliflower was coated and cooked super well without being super greasy. Really happy we came here! We also had their specialty $7 margs which were really good too!”

Kala Modern Greek
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

2523 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60614, United States

“Food was good, but a bit expensive. I got the mushroom sandwich which was tasty, but I left hungry. My friend got the shrimp salad. We shared feta fries. Fries were quite bland. Kind of weird they ask for a tip when they only bring the food and you’re responsible for filling your drink and getting your food.”

Cida Thai
4.4
( 10 reviews )

5435 South La Grange Road A, Countryside, IL 60525, United States

“Great place. The food is awesome. I truly recommend.”

Jimenez Restaurant
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

5716 W Diversey Ave, Chicago, IL 60639, United States

“Some of the best birria in town! Good prices and the food is delicious. They make their own corn tortillas and even big tortillas for quesadillas. I don't know of any other place that makes huge tortillas that size. A plus for gluten free options. A must try if you're in the neighborhood.”

Panino's Pizzeria - Evanston
4.4
( 8 reviews ) $$
Open until 09:00 PM

1968 Dempster St, Evanston, IL 60202, United States

“This has been my favorite pizza place in Evanston for over 15 years. I love the artisan Neapolitan pizzas and the pasta dishes. The pasta dish servings are huge. I also appreciate the slices available for lunch.”

Legacy Pointe Eatery
4.6
( 8 reviews )

1130 Legacy Pointe Dr, Springfield, IL 62711, United States

“We just had the most wonderful lunch at Legacy Pointe Eatery. Kierra was a friendly and attentive server. We got the pickle Ricks for an appetizer — the cornmeal breading was so good. I had the Southwest salad…the cilantro ranch dressing was to die for. My husband had the salmon po boy which was unique and delicious. Everything was so fresh and well done. HIGHLY recommend!!”
