“Went 'twilight' golfing for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Tee time was 7:40, and we finished 9 holes a little before 10 pm. It was surprisingly busy, so we did have to wait at a few holes for the group ahead of us to finish. Rented a cart no problem, borrowed some extra clubs for myself, and only had to pay $18- a person. It's not too challenging of a course, so it's definitely good for new players. It might be too easy for seasoned golfers. Good condition of the course, maintained well, even had 2 rangers patrolling the course. They do have a drive range, putting green area, pro store, and bar/grill. I will go back again for sure!”

“First time playing here. Don't know any members here and had never heard of the course. Definitely flies under the radar. Course is in amazing shape considering we haven't had much rain. Seems to be very well cared for. Carts were nice and quiet. Grounds crew and greens keeper did an amazing job with pin placements and the quality of the cups. The sand was even and raked in a gorgeous pattern. I wish I could clone this crew and put them at other courses in Wake county. Great job! Layout and design are the weak points here which is not the staffs fault. Played from blue and still could not find many holes to use the driver, especially on the back 9. Lots of layups and dog legs. Too much distance between some of the holes which makes it very unfriendly to walkers. Walking 18 was fine because I walk when I play but I don't recommend walking here. Greens are very firm, fast, and fair but have lots of undulations (in my opinion). Driving range has space for irons or wedges only and has fewer bays than most courses but other practice areas are great. Seems like instead of building a neighborhood around the golf course, it's almost like they built a golf course in the neighborhood if that makes sense. I will play anywhere so this place is ok in my book and I would gladly go back. Glad I got to see it, but I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything based on my preferences. This course may check all the boxes for someone else.”

“Would rate a 2, but the staff is nice. It isn’t their fault that Concert won’t invest money into this location. Clubhouse and the other building in front of the pool badly needs pressure washing and repairs for cosmetic damage. Chairs/furniture out front needs cleaning. Difficult to get around community without golf cart or car since it’s so big…would be helpful to have bike lanes/bike trails/bike stations to lock and repair bikes (see stations at Bond Park in Cary). Would be good for the local children especially. Found the food barely lukewarm on all visits. Really nice staff. Wish the owners would invest in quality devices to keep food warm for events. Would like to see more of a fresh/farm to table approach to the food. Very “product” heavy instead of serving whole foods. Would love to see an expanded playground for the kids. The small one by the club gets crowded. Wish the community would encourage residents and staff to install lighting that is gentle so the night sky isn’t blurred out so badly by the homes with accent lighting and the street lamps. The main pool is beautiful. Wish the F45 would not play the music so loudly, disturbing the people at the pool (especially when they leave the door open). So glad the cameras are in place to track all visitors’ license plates. It adds safety. Wish the garden/resident garden plots were truly being maintained by Concert like they should be. It’s an afterthought. Missing the employee that used to be staffed to oversee the garden. It was a place of pride in the past and now is an eyesore since Concert won’t put money into it (despite charging upwards of $120/yr to use the small plot).”

“played here on 29 April, 2023. never played here before but the course was in great shape! it's really short (5700, 5350, 5000 yds from the 3 tees) crossing the road is no joke on holes 2 and 7. it's a whacky layout imo but it works. overall I would play here again. EDIT played back nine; the back nine's layout is a little goofier and compact. No star change”

“This is for the public course side. Not a bad course. Lots of elevation changes, some blind fairways and such. Greens are horribly slow, or fast. No one fixes their ball marks on the greens nor fill in divots. Tee boxes aren’t all that great but doable. Cart paths are pretty rough in most parts. Lots of bare ground throughout the course. I enjoyed it even though I wasn’t playing my best and this was my first time there. Golf carts were fairly clean and have the geofencing which keeps folks from certain areas.”
