I arrived much earlier on the day of my shift, explaining that at 12 noon I had another time to legalize the translation at the Prefecture of Rome, and they let me in. In the end I managed to do everything in one morning, thank you for your kindness and understanding!”

“Since we have been doing separate waste collection, we have almost never had any problems, in fact, only a couple of times they didn't collect, perhaps due to oversights or forgetfulness, but everything has always been resolved. The service works and in Italy this is no small feat. Perhaps I would collect the glass at other times to avoid disturbances very early in the morning (with respect for the poor workers who wake up early to work, be they garbage collectors or other workers)”

“I was unfortunate enough today to use the services or may I say the non service of the women who works in window 4 of the Viareggio council office , she makes me think how sad it is that we still have people in these positions that should have no contact with the public. Words cannot describe how rude this woman is the public really deserves better , the gentleman who processes the ID cards and protocol are both very polite and efficient. ( 5 stars for them )”
