“A short walk from London Excel Center, on the Elizabeth line. Expect high security, airport style. We were only in the foyer/media room. Lots of meeting rooms. Very polite and diverse staff which reflects London's population. We were offered a light lunch which was very considerate. The yacht hotel isn't far, lots of other hotel chains too. Easy access., lots of food and drink places to have a bite. The site has a café/lounge. The infrastructure is massive and space isn't used to its full potential. Could provide more services for Londoners.”

“On a weekday when parliament was sitting I took the 10 minute guided tour and then sat in the Public Gallery to hear a speech on the proposals for home insulation, heat pumps & shared heating. Followed by questions. On a weekend I joined a full guided tour, which explores the building and the Debating Chamber. The building is so inspiring, the glazing represents the wish for transparency, the motifs remind users of the history and who they represent. That the new building has not been modified is a reflection of how fit-for-purpose the design is, and yet includes features that make it so unique. The guides are friendly and passionate. I highly recommend a tour, or even just a cup o tea in the café.”

“I have attended the Consulate 3 times for my visa and each time the person mending the visa section was amazing, kind and very helpful. The third time was to amend my visa and this was done within 20 minutes. A big thank you to everyone! I am so thankful and so happy to go to Algeria! The Consulate visa section is quite comfortable and clean and there is parking on site! One of the nicest consulate I have ever been! Thank you for making my visits easy and simple and looking forward to seeing you all back for my Algerian passport!!! Inshallah!”

“Terrible service. Crewe Main Sorting Office Weston Road public office. Was the main post sorting office Two hours in the morning then two hour in the afternoon. No wonder TNT, UPS and DDP are doing so well. Come on Royal Mail wake up and smell the coffee.”
