“Quaint basement grill house with excellent food. Gazpacho appetizer was cool and refreshing with vibrant tomato taste, the slight crunch of the cucumber garnish was a great touch. Steak was cooked perfectly, and the accoutrements were top-notch as well. Glass of Malbec wine was complex and rich, pairing perfectly with the steak. Wonderful bar and open grill really added to the cozy vibe. A bit cramped with no outdoor seating. It's a basement with winding staircases, so low-mobility diners should look elsewhere. Service was attentive and friendly. English menu was available. Reservation recommended, as the place was mostly full at 19:30. Gazpacho was fairly priced, but wine glass and the steak dinner were a bit expensive. Worth it for a splurge meal. Highly recommend this steakhouse! Take a walk around the gorgeous Bonn Botanical Garden to work up an appetite. Bus stop to Bonn HBF is right across the street.”

“I was completely blown away by this restaurant. I only saw the patio area, because that's where sat. The ambiente is just really cool, cozy and different from any other restaurant. The proces compared to other 0815 chinese restaurants are about 20% more, but when it feels better to sit somewhere for more than an hour it's so worth it. The dishes were also presented in a way I haven't seen yet and the food tasted really good. I've noticed that a birthday party was being celebrated here since there were still ballons there, a lot of families got together and some specials dates between lovers. They have pictures of the menu items next to most of them, which was what I always thought should be so normal. Thumbs up! What wasn't 5 stars was the service. The waiters were really nice, but just took so long to serve us. They also didn't ask after out dinner if we wanted something else but instead just didn't show up until we called them over for the check. So definitely missed part on them because they could have made more money. Nonetheless, I would most definitely eat here again and can highly recommend it.”

Everyone eats the same thing 😂😂😂 or is it written on my forehead what I eat? For me an absolute NO-GO!!! The store is done for me. After they were pretty bad for a while, things are supposed to have gotten better (as far as the food is concerned), but that's not the service. Whether they do it again or not doesn't matter to me. I want to be asked and not just given something. Plus the salted prices 2 small kebab & small kebab plate 24€ 🤬 for what? The value of the goods is a fraction... What you get is becoming less and less. Inflation 2.0?! There is no friendliness either. No hello or goodbye or anything else. Eating in the restaurant is better friendlier & more pleasant than here!!!!!!! Addendum 12/31/23 After 1/2 year the review was requested to be deleted due to alleged violation of personal rights! No response to review or reply. No, the deletion is simply requested months later. That alone speaks for itself. We live in Germany where you can express your opinion freely, it is even regulated by law. I know why I'm no longer a customer there. My experiences are based on my last stay there and correspond to my previous experiences.”

I've been buying take aways everyday of the working week for several weeks now and today one of the serving person (old woman with short white hair), not the cashier but the one taking care of the Feinkostgeschäft talked to me very rudely. Not even a "halo" or "guten abend", just starting to talk to me and reprimand me for something I didn't do. When I tried to explain that my German was not good she did'nt care to change her tone. After that she simply ignored me when I tried to explain that she shouldn't talk to me that way. For this price, being spoken in such a manner is simply ludicrous. She should switch job, seriously. Should I keep going if I'm treated like a piece of garbage?”
