“This was an amazing find for our group. We were eight people and they managed to move chairs and tables to fit us which was greatly appreciated. The staff was super nice and helpful. They also had English versions of the menu. Food was so delicious we went with five different kinds and if you have enough people I recommend trying out different flavors. Beef and onion was our group favorite. Also got the wonton soup and cucumber salad. Would recommend both.”

Everyone was smiling, keeping in mind that they must have been working very hard been there was a constant lineup. Not because the service is slow but because the customers keep arriving. A first time visit for us, we were 4 people. But we will definitely return. If you like ice cream and everything that comes with it then this is the place to go. The best in Laval!”

“I have been to this microbrewery at least 6 times but this is my first review, after another visit today. First, the beer is of the highest calibre; by that I mean that it is made over time snd not rushed to market. It’s easy to see because you will always have a head of microscopic bubbles in your glass right to the last sip. The brewer carbonates his beer slowly. Every beer you drink is documented to ingredient level in the beer menu right down to hop varieties and the grain bill used in the recipe. There is no other place that I have ever visited that is so granular in its description. I had the 3% pint today that I would love to be able to make myself. I followed that with a mango and coconut pale ale that was fresh, natural, and perfect. I had the 7% stout for dessert. The food menu is small but carefully crafted. This is not s pub. The food is healthy and unique. I had a vegetarian sandwich with pear, walnuts, and Brie on a toasted ciabatta bun. My salad was so good that when the vinaigrette arrived late I had already finished it. The service is friendly and professional. We leaned our bikes against a rope where we were sitting and Justin asked me to put them in their own wooden bike rack but I told him we had no locks, so he instantly produced bike locks that we could use free of charge. They get a lot of bike traffic and this customer-friendly solution keeps the serving lanes free and customer bikes safe; really thoughtful and appreciated. This is your essential destination for beer in Chambly. By the way, inside is a beer museum of glassware, bottles, coasters, signs that is something you will never see anywhere else.”

We had the experience menu and it is about 10 courses of small dishes perfectly presented and paired with wines (if you select the wines menu). Keep in mind this is a gastronomic experience, you come to enjoy the flavors and value the quality of ingredients. Each time they bring a dish, they explain what it is and the origin of the ingredients. Most of the ingredients are from Quebec or Canada. Wines are from around the world. They tasted amazing! I appreciate they really made an experience and addressed our special requests, also they personalized our places with a welcome note and at the end provided with a souvenir menu. I really recommend it if you are looking for a memorable experience :)”

I had the Lamb ribs to start and I kid you not; they were falling the bone as soon as I was looking at them. They were melting in my mouth. My partner had the scallops which were incredible! For the main plate we had the Surf & Turf; a lobster tail cooked in clarified butter which was so... buttery!!! (It is a bit Unexpected; a unique taster. It was tagged teaming with a wonderful filet mignon which was incredibly tender. And garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables were perfect addition to this plate . And the prices are great for the quality of the experience. Seriously; Come. Eat. Here. ! But reserve a week in advance at least or you’ll miss it”
