“Family friendly Mexican restaurant. Meal portions were generous for the price. Salsa and chips were served as we waiting for our meals. I enjoyed the fact that the meals were deliver hot to warm when they arrived to the table. Waiting for meals was about average because we had a a party of over five. The scenery was ok. They do have a bar that serves liquor. It’s located is a trendy restaurant area that is great for strolling. Parking is available.”

“Awesomeness! In town for a quick trip and this place didn't disappoint! Great service and fresh food! The Maki roller was on point! This was a lunch visit, so it didn't go too crazy but I was allowed to photograph some great rolls see below. I was told it can get kinda busy at night, but Saturday aftn lunch was chill. Traditional Sushi restaurant.”

“Stopped into The Grocery and I was impressed. This restaurant was not on my radar and a server from another restaurant recommended it to us. It was really good and they focus on a quality first. Everything we order was a palate pleaser. I have to say they have the best steak tartare in all Charleston and the Wood Roasted Peaches where excellent. Also loved the Bistro Steak.”

Try the pimento cheese quiche as well for a surprising and filling treat. Come early or prepare to wait as the line begins forming 15 minutes before they open the doors. So worth it!”

“We closed on our condo in August 2023 and are still trying out all the amazing restaurants Seabrook & Kiawah have to offer. This restaurant greatly exceeded our expectations. I can’t decide which was best: The wine bar or the Warm Crab & Artichoke dip or the Scallops. Probably one of the best experiences we’ve had on Kiawah. Highly recommend. The staff is amazing. “Fantastic food! Wish they did bottomless brunch drinks but the pitcher did the trick! We each ordered an entrée and then planned on getting dessert. However, we saw the shrimp avocado toast come out and decided to try that before dessert. It was well worth it! The cheesecake was delicious as well. Service was a little slow. however, Charleston was incredibly hot the weekend we came so I understand. The views from all of their seating areas are beautiful”

I have enjoyed both lunch and dinner there and it has been amazing. Update: we frequent here a bunch and have always enjoyed our food. The inside was dirty, there was trash on the floor and the staff stopped while he was getting our to go utensils to pickup trash on the floor and then didn't wash his hands! Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.”
