“Last visit was 15 years ago? Back in Mass for a wedding so we went back. The service was superior. There were so many excellent meal choices I was overwhelmed. From the start, everything from our drinks to the fresh rolls till the end was fantastic. The appetizer was the eggplant. I could have eaten just a plate of that and called it a day. My wife got the beef short ribs and I had the pork loin based on the servers recommendations. Could not have been better. Memorable meal. Will visit next time we're in Mass.”

“Sweet mom & pop spot. The food was delicious. We had assorted samosas which were piping hot, crispy & light. We tried the traditional East African Plate w/ goat, which reminded us of pot roast. Each side was flavorful & complex. Loved it! The owner was friendly, engaging & taught us to eat our meals traditionally, scooping up mouthfuls with our yummy breads.”

The fries were not seasoned besides salt, but using the drippings from the sandwich (instead of ketchup) was awesome. I also got an extra spicy Bloody Mary with the salt&red pepper flake rim. SO GOOD! Service was absolutely perfect and so kind. This is definitely a place we’ll be going back to.”

HOWEVER, I wanted to order a customized cake and I believe I talked directly to the owner but she was rude and ended up charging me extra for some little sprinkles! I asked her to at least use more sprinkles but she ignored my request. Will def but from their pastry in shop but will never order customized cakes from them”
