Welcomed with our 2 small dogs and 5 people without reservation on Saturday lunchtime. Very good, hearty pizzas. Hearty and excellent seafood risotto. Very nice, hearty dessert menu as well. Around €170 for 5 people with aperitifs, main courses and desserts. Excellent value. Easy to access pizzeria with fairly large parking lot opposite.”

“What can I say?! We just had the most wonderful meal this evening at l’Hypothèse, Combourg. We have been in France for two weeks and this is by far the best meal. The presentation of food, the service, the quality, and the staff were of the highest standard. We were met by the proprietor, Miguel and made very welcome. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambience and character in a very nice building. We would highly recommend it! We have already booked to come again. I love simple food but the pan fried potatoes were covered in vinaigrette (like most of my complète plate actually) and black pepper and the chips were over-fried. The falafels however we're quite good and the service was nice. The place would benefit from outdoor sitting in the courtyard as the inside was very stuffy on a summer night.”
