“I'll leave the original review I wrote below to show how good this place can be. But we came here tonight on a Tuesday and the food was just extremely average. The tofu entre was very sour compared to last time. The pork kailan was a weird experience. The outside was tender and tasty, but the middle of the pork was dry, tough and very cold. leads me to believe it is not made fresh. The consistency is clearly off so I guess it's probably best to come not on a weekday. Maybe don't bother Monday to Thursday as it's quite clear they are rushing to get out. It's not a cheap place so I would expect a lot better. One of the staff were mopping our table around our feet at 8pm. Just not a great experience at all, especially mop water at your feet trying to eat dry pork. In their defence they gave us 10% off and offered to recook the pork but we just wanted to get out of there. The food here blew my mind, the kailan crispy pork was just on another level. The flavours are all there and the pork is just cooked to perfection. I've had it twice to make sure. The coconut rice is the show stealer, it's sweet and sticky but compliments every dish so well. The kailan mixed in with the rice is one hell of a flavour explosion. I would almost go as far as to say it's the best Thai I've ever had. I had to invite a few friends to try it out, and they said the same. The best since Thailand. The staff are also very friendly and so efficient. It's quite busy most of the time and it's clear why. I would definitely recommend booking a table before going. Don't miss this one and definitely eat in over take out, eat this as fresh as they cook it and you won't be disappointed. An amazing restaurant with amazing food. Don't miss the coconut rice, it's the best around.”

“I’ve dined here once and on the “Bistro” side as there is a restaurant inside, so there are actually two different dining spaces in the vicinity. The way the tavern is set up is kind of strange as there is a separate outside section which is for bistro food and the menu differs slightly from the inside section. The kitchen doesn’t open until 5:30PM as with most Taverns and the new renovated Bistro section actually looks quite good. Great family friendly area with the playground, sport screens showing footy games etc We ordered two kids meals (Spaghetti Bol, Nuggets and chips) and I ordered the Chilli Prawn Linguini. I thought the kids menu was the cheapest I’ve seen woohoo only ten bucks 🤩until the food came out and it was like $6.00 worth of food. The chicken nuggets only came with a handful of chips (sad) which they tried to cover spreading and spacing the nuggets over it. To be honest I would rather pay a bit more than have a stingy serving of chips (as in under ten chips on the plate? Poor form come on just add more or increase the cost a bit to get a decent serving. The Kids Spaghetti Bol didn’t look too bad and my daughter enjoyed it and at least this kids menu item was a decent serving size. The Prawn Linguine however was delicious so I would come back again for that! My husband decided to also add to our order the Calamari. The Calamari is probably not the best I’ve had (too soft and wobbly not a nice crunch like I prefer) and the ratio of chips to calamari was a bit off. Like did I order chips with a side of calamari? 🤣anyway I do think it has potential but they are a little stingy with portions here which is why I rate it 3. Service is ok, food is ok and ambience is pretty nice for an arvo hang/drink with friends. Wouldn’t go out of my way to dine here but it does the job for a pub feed.”

“If you ever feel like you want a pizza with the most toppings in the universe on it….. that’s the place to go ✨🤩✨ or in our case take away as it is just around the corner and there is nothing better than a ginormous pizza with plenty of toppings 🤤🤤🤤 they have an amazing menu with a lot of different and unique toppings ( some are with Banana 🍌) it’s so weird that it is very very surprising how good it actually is 😂🙈😂 if you don’t like pineapple 🍍 on a pizza 🍕 YOU MUST TRY BANANA!!!! Anyway, as I mentioned above 👆 we always get take away and haven’t really tried to sit inside for dinner. Everyone working in there I met, is super duper friendly and always try to remember your name when you get food a few times… so I’m pretty sure you will get well looked after if you decide to go for dinner 😊”
