The owners were very easy to work with and were very accommodating. The service help did an outstanding job keeping everything stocked and looking appealing. “This place absolutely smacks in the summer. Their brownie sundaes are in another world. The service here is really nice and the drive through moves quick! There’s decent room to sit both indoors or outdoors with a pretty decent parking situation around the building. I appreciate the late night hours too!!”

“Amazing food! After attending the production of Rent at the Greensburg Civic Center, we stopped into Jaffre’s for dinner. My husband and I couldn’t decide so we got the Italian Hoagie (only half shown in the photo) and Garlic Pizza. We split both so we could each have a bite of all included. So good! Our daughter had the Chicken Romano over Rotini. We were surprised at the size of the “bowl”….a very generous portion. Atmosphere was lovely. Fabric tablecloths and napkins with wine decor. All in all….excellent! We will be back!”

“Worth the trip. The pizza here was fantastic in every way. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. The crust was perfect, sauce and cheese all working together in harmony. I had to stop myself from eating half a pizza. I’m not an expert on New York pizza but this pizza stands among my favorites in western pa and is worth the drive. The meatballs with ricotta were a perfect appetizer. It’s a great feeling to know there is a wonderful community of pizza makers In and around Pittsburgh driving excellent pizza! You will not be disappointed at A Slice of New York.”

“Under new ownership! Wow!! Pleasantly surprised!! The dough was light and not heavy with a crisp on the bottom you would expect from New York. I’ve traveled a lot and had pizza at some of the best in the country and this place holds its own and I didn’t expect a Calzone of this quality! Perfect… Highly recommend this place and if you’ve had a less than desired experience in the past then I’d give them a second look. I almost didn’t come from some negative reviews but I am glad I did! I do not know the owners and this is a real review… I am just passionate about quality and I am glad I found this place! Thank you!”
