“As a vegetarian I was very disappointed with this place. Vegetarian tacos have no protein, no beans, avocado, nothing. 😢. The other taco places have mushrooms, beyond meat, Tofu and other vegetarian options. This place has none of those. So disappointing. If you are looking for no meat options, I would stay away. Yes the sauces taste good. And the packing for take out was excellent. The place mostly catered to takeout folks. Not really for a sit down and enjoy a taco.”

“Spartans offers simple and hot deli style food with friendly and attentive service. We ordered the grilled cheese, a Caesar salad with shrimp and two items off the kids menu. Portions are generous and everything came out piping hot. I'd pass on the hummus appetizer. It's very tasty but sparse portions. Spartans is the closest to a local diner, so easy food for everyone. I think the decor and vibe could be modernized. It's a little dark and cramped inside and with a face lift to brighten up the place, they'd easily see more customers. Also, Spartans could diversify the kids menus beyond an all-fried set of options which isn't healthy (they are delicious, though). Perhaps carrots or peas and broccoli?”

In my opinion definitely need to work and perfect the recipe. Vegetarian Scrambled Eggs, taste was bland. A pinch of salt or a bit more made a difference. Pancakes were awesome. I don't mind price for excellent food but price should be based on how good the food parties or sleeps in your mouth. “Title: Unique Self-Service Experience at Happy Lamb Hot Pot Review: My visit to Happy Lamb Hot Pot offered a refreshing twist on the traditional hot pot dining experience. As avid fans of hot pot, we were intrigued by their distinctive self-service approach. Unlike the typical ordering process from a tablet or menu, here we had the freedom to walk to the shelves and personally select our desired vegetables and other ingredients, which added an enjoyable interactive element to our meal. The only exception to this self-service was with the beef and lamb, where we were limited to just one plate at our table. The inclusion of drinks in the meal was a nice touch, and we were pleasantly surprised to find small snacks like chicken, barbecue, and bread available on the shelves as well. This variety and the ability to choose our own ingredients made for a fun and satisfying dining experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and cafe-like with good service. This time my wife and I had crispy chive dumplings for an appetizer. I had the kua gling (delicious) and my wife had the crispy pork belly and Chinese broccoli. First, it’s great that there’s adequate parking. It’s a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. I like that their menu options include other things you don’t find in other Thai restaurants. Both my wife and I had crispy pork belly and both were delicious. My wife went for Chinese broccoli while I had garlic. Both satisfied.”

We recently visited and while the food didn’t change… it’s always good- especially fried shrimp, the service by RAYE was over the top excellent. Very professional and even though Raye’s peers were talking and laughing and snacking- Raye never lost focus of her customers. She may not be there our next go round but we are thankful we had to experience one of best demeanors.”

“I went for the first time this past Tuesday with my partner. Marianne the middle aged woman with light brown hair at the front desk who checks people in, gave us attitude about our ID’s not having a current address in Arlington on file. We brought our lease agreement as instructed by social services and she proceeded to insist we need to have the ID’s with the current address. Social services explicitly stated that we could bring our lease agreement and we did. Once my partner mentioned we have an account on file, she finally checked after she tried to have us as a walk-in. She could’ve done that in the first place. That customer service right there put a bad taste in my mouth, with how much we proved that we do have an account on file for AFAC. That was a frustrating experience right there.”

“Stopped in for lunch on a holiday weekday and they were pretty busy with somewhat larger groups and there was only one lady working the dining room and WOW, did she hustle the entire time we were there! She did an adequate job keeping up with our table, but I did get up to get things our table needed (silverware, napkins, container, etc). The menu is decent with a large list of dumplings, but no soup dumplings. We tried many items from the menu… The scallion pancakes were really nicely done! Flaky and flavorful, but somewhat thick. The spicy won ton wasn’t very good, watered down sauce and paperthin, over-steamed wrapper… hardly much flavor to the entire dish. The dan dan noodles were very spicy and very tasty! The cucumbers were nicely done, great sesame oil and garlic flavoring, but they really needed to be spicy, so I added a little to make them taste better. Still, they were really good on their own. The chicken scallion pan fried dumplings were good… nice flavor. I tried several other items and what I tasted was just OK, nothing really “hit” or was special though. Their sauce offerings is basic too… they had the smokey chili flakes in oil, which isn’t very spicy and is typically just basic and bland. They also had black garlic vinegar which wasn’t very garlicy. Lastly, they had soy sauce. So, mixing the soy sauce with the chili flakes made an acceptable sauce for the dumplings. Can’t say I’ll be heading back anytime soon.”

Loved the robot 🤖 that was driving stuff to peoples tables loool 😆 the only thing I can say we didn't like was the lack of clarity on how everything worked since it was our first time.
