“we had a great experience. beautiful fit out and amazing service from the staff. also a great view onto the canals. our table had the Essential Tasting Menu and switched out the donut dessert for tiramisu. the menu featured unique dishes that were nicely presented and delicious. we loved the tiramisu, the flavours were subtle which I much prefer. it was a long lunch overall, we were there for about 2 and 1/2 hours, so prepare for a long sit down if you're going for a tasting menu.”

“This was a surprise first Michelin star experience as my partner took me on my birthday. I cannot express how stunning everything about this place is. The attention to detail is incredible, even lighting music and the bathroom were on point. The service was impeccable, they even noticed things about us without us mentioning anything. This made our experience over the top 😍 The food was art. We had the Anima, where you get five (if my memory does me well) courses with a pairing of wine for each one. The pairings were beyond anything and really added to the experience. At the end of the dinner they were kind enough to surprise me with a small chocolate (my favourite!) birthday cake and a candle. I truly loved the whole night, you can see why they have a Michelin star. I’d even say they deserve another one ❤️ (I am no critic hahah)”

You order from the menu and write it down on a sheet of paper then they bring you your food. I had California roll, pork dumplings and a chicken noodle dish. The place is very clean. The food was really good. I have been there twice while I have been here in Oderzo.”

As a profesional working in the wine industry I always like to see what's behind doors, but most importantly to feel the vibe of the place. I made a reservation for the traditional tasting with Madeleine. She responded to my emails very quickly while organizing my trip. We ended up staying there much longer then the tour meant to last even if we were there in the middle of a long national holiday weekend. She was full of joy and very passionate.
