“The food is partially authentic and partially Americanized Mexican. And if I have to be blunt it’s overpriced Mexican inspired American that’s missing the big Mexican flavors. I can’t even pick a place/region in Mexico 🇲🇽 to identify with one flavor. I think it’s 2 Stars but I want to be gentle on the workers who work very hard. I’d rather see real lettuce on the tostada and not iceberg. I saw a lot of people ordering fajitas but even this it does not make sense if this is real Mexican. Unfortunately, flavor and identity is a big deal. And simply the flavor here has an identity issue. The heartburn I got it’s a terrible revelation that good Mexican food has super flavors and it does not hurt like this 🤠”

“My husband and I arrived in Lake Arrowhead late afternoon and went to Stone Creek Bistro for dinner. We called them about 30 min prior and made a reservation (recommended). We were warmly greeted by 2 staff members upon arriving and were seated shortly after. We ordered their beet salad (delicious!), the tomato bisque soup (marvelous!), the soup of the day - which was a cauliflower bisque (my husband loved it!), and the grilled salmon. The portions were generous and the service provided was attentively and with care. We recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning one day. :)”

“A really solid brewery in Rancho Cucamonga. Their selection is small but mighty! Everything I tried was super tasty and beautifully bodied. The coffee lager was so smooth and perfectly balanced the flavors of beer and coffee, which often goes awry. The toasted coconut porter had a tasty flavor without being too heavy. The watermelon-lime sour was just tangy enough without being overly sweet. Friendly staff and a no-frills tasting room. I definitely recommend trying out Solorio Brewing, whether you’re a beer geek or just looking for a place to hang out for an hour or two.”

“This was the best pizza I’ve ever had. My buddy and I stopped here on our motorycle trip through Joshua Tree and the Palms to Pines highway. We had a breakfast pizza and the manager was there and explained their whole process. Incredible how they make their own dough, and what a craft it is to cook it. We will stop here every time we come through in the future. Must have.”

“Dined in on a Sunday night was not super packed and ordered the non Vegetarian dinner for both my sister and I to share. It came with chicken tikka masala,rice,nan, dal, palak paneer and yogurt. We loved it and were not dissapointed. The price is not bad. It was delicious and the servers are really nice. The music and vibe was great! Will definitly be back. “Good spot for pizza and pastas--and one of the few places in Big Bear that's got a nice warm patio that allows for pets. Our server was good; she was attentive and kept our drinks refilled while we waited on our appetizers which seemed to take a long time to come out. It was odd that the fried raviolis arrived before the garlic cheese bread--you would think that garlic cheese bread would be pretty quick--and then our pizza and pasta arrived shortly after the appetizers. It would have been nice to enjoy our appetizers before our mains came out, but not a huge deal--maybe the kitchen was backed up or was off that day. At any rate, the "rolled lasagna" dish was a unique take on a lasagna--I would describe it more like stuffed manicotti shells than lasagna since it was two large shells stuffed with ricotta cheese, pepperoni and sausage--topped with a meat sauce. They were good! We also ordered the medium sized meat lovers pizza with jalapeños. A medium can feed 2 - 3 people; if you've got 4 of more people, definitely go bigger than a medium. They did not skimp on the ingredients, which was nice, and it was cool that they offered dressing with the pizza--we love ranch on our pizza. Overall, pretty good place for lunch or dinner. We would likely come back simply for the dog friendly patio and pizza alone.”
