“Bus your tables people! This is a fast casual restaurant where you walk up to the counter to order, even though the seating area is nice enough to be a sit down restaurant. The staff had a hard time keeping up with multiple large parties who did not clean up after themselves at all. That aside, it's a lovely place for a family meal, since the space is nice, you get your food relatively quickly, and it's affordable. You get a solid amount of flavorful meat and your choice of base (rice, salad, freekah, etc.) and two rather small sides. My only wish is that there were more veggies on the plate. The salad side is TINY and there is no side salad available. We got the salad main to top off, but it was also primarily meat -- which is great for some folks, just not what we were looking for 🙃.”

“Authentic yakitori place, typical wait around 30-45mins but if you don’t mind the bar, you might get seated much faster. Favorite skewers include scallop, pork with scallions and beef with sauce. Also enjoyed the beef tongue and mushrooms. Servers very responsive and the ordering system is intuitive and simple enough even for a newbie. One of the hidden gems in South Bay area. Well worth the trip!!”

“Yes, the poke is salty. That is how it always has been. They could dial back the amount of shoyu or hawaiian salt they use, but I feel like that is their family recipe that they wouldn't like to be messed with. Just make sure you have rice to go with it! Something about the taste always brings me back though and makes me crave it. I've always gotten poke by the pound because the prices are really worth it (~$22+ ish? per pound as of Sept 2023). This time I got the poke plate with rice and the rice was too mushy. I'll stick with poke by the pound and make my own rice.”

Foods are amazing and something for everyone. Midday expect the Mexican Roach Coach aka Food Truck to serve up delicious tacos. Do not get all wound up with the name 'roach coach' - we use this for any and all food trucks. Also, great place to cool down in summer. Parking is challenging - worth walking a few blocks to build appetite.”

You can order 4 dishes per table at a time. for lunch one price and menu, 20 dollars per person, for dinner 30 dollars per person. This is quite enough, we are full. The grill was changed, the staff was friendly. It should be noted that we arrived at 3:30 and it was already dinner. we came on a Monday and it was already crowded, so to fully enjoy this place, I recommend coming early.”

Flavors are representative of fresh and quality ingredients. The maple syrup with the chicken croffle had a uniquely slightly spicy taste. The wait for two during Sunday brunch was under 30 minutes--we were able to get a seat outside where tables are also clean. Prices are on the higher-end for brunch in the area, but pretty standard for the fusion-style food/drink selection. The parking here can be tight during peak hours, but we were able to find street parking close by. Hope to try other items when we return.”

“Recently saw this place on social media, and I was interested in checking it out. I'm always on the hunt for new hot pot restaurants, and this perfectly fit the bill. I usually tend to lean towards all you can eat restaurants. Coming from San Francisco, we decided to check the wait list before we left. Since the drive is about 45 minutes, getting on the waitlist through Yelp was very easy. By the time we arrived and found parking we only had to wait about 5 minutes. When we were seated, the restaurant wasn't completely full so maybe we just came on a day they weren't too busy. Ordering is pretty simple. Main meats and snack items are ordered through your server, but there is a whole bar with vegetables, seafood, starches, and other small items. They also have an area for sauces. We kept getting different flavored karaage chicken, But honestly we couldn't tell the difference between some of the ones that had sauce on them. I think my favorite meats were the beef toro and the premium ribeye. It definitely seemed that they were enforcing the 90 minute limit, but services pretty quick so you don't really have to wait long for items.”

“Amazing dine-in experience!!! Highly recommended it! The service was great! It started with a cup of hot chicken soup at check-in. Taking you to the reserved table with your birthday card signed on it! The staff also recommended the great food based on your preferences. There was a small vegetable appetizer as a birthday perk. At the end, it also came with a surprise dessert!! The attention to detail was fabulous, which greatly added to the wonderful experiences. The atmosphere was good! A bit noisy but okay! “First of all parking is horrible. It's best to park on the side where the other main parking lot is. There is more space and is right next door. We came in got a seat right away. Haven't been there for a few years but heard of the new menu items. We got the fried calamari, and the new sizzling plate with some hot pots. I would skip the calamari as it tasted a bit bland. The sizzling plate on the other hand was amazing! The hot pots were also good but honestly was a lot of food for us lol. Hot pot came before the calamari appetizer which was weird to me. But all in all it was some good food”

“I am always looking for an amazing vegan place and I am glad I found Wildseed. The menu was superb and the service was outstanding. We made reservations from before and made it here with a group of friends. The outdoor seating is cute and cozy and catches your eye right away. We sat outside and turned on the heat as well. Our server attended to us right away and told us more about their cocktails. We enjoyed couple and then ordered some shared plates for the table. The food was really yum and had so much flavor. The cheese (which was vegan ofc) was super soft and brilliant tasting.. perhaps made of cashews :) We are definitely coming back again. Our friends who live closer have already made it back again!”

“Although most dishes were great our evening started off on the wrong foot and tainted my whole experience. I had been craving nigiris for the longest time and chose to try this restaurant because of their menu. While ordering, the waiter told me that they could only sell me nigiris 2 at a time, not 5 like our menus clearly specified. This really affected my overall experience and while I understand restaurants change their menu, they should either reprint or honor what it clearly says. As for the rest of the food, it was honestly delicious. I would very strongly recommend the following: - Sssticky Cauliflower Poppers: warm, tangy and delicious! - Tuna Truffle Sashimi: Absolutely amazing, could eat this non-stop! - Philly roll: Quite good! Nothing special as this is something you can get at almost any sushi place, but very tasty. I wouldn't recommend either the "Surf's Up" roll nor the pineapple sake, they are both underwhelming.”
