“Lovely food (my 10yr old son started eating the "delicious" ice cream stuffed pancake before I could take the pic 😆), excellent portion of Sunday roast with good selection of well cooked veg. Nice sized kids portion, he still had room for garlic bread and an adult sized pud!! 13yr old enjoyed cooking his own steak to his liking (meal adjusted for his dairy allergy no problem) and he loved the dairy free chocolate cake dessert, good sized portion too. My creme brulée was also excellent. Good value, good service, good atmosphere. Will happily return, thank you!!”

“We had a great lunch today. All the food was very tasty. The dips with flat bread were great as a starter then we had a selection of meze to share. The feta filo pastries were yum. We all enjoyed our mains. What really impressed us is that they had the forethought to bring food out quickly for our 18 month old grandson so that we could all enjoy our food. I even got a special birthday message on my dessert.”

However, the BBQ chicken arrived undercooked ( they cooked it properly after our request) and a disappointing wait of 1.5 hours preceded the news that the lemon and thyme roast chicken, our main choice, was unavailable.”

“Compared to a lot of pubs in the area this really stands out. The food is excellent all round with a lot of care put into it. Our food came exceptionally quickly for how well made it is. The service is really pretty incredible, very attentive and polite. Price wise it’s not bad at all, there are spots nearby that are noticeably more expensive for a lesser experience. Atmosphere is nice, was especially good to have a fire going. Highly recommend”

“Absolutely sensational! Best experience we have had in a while. I don’t usually leave reviews but this restaurant is a must visit for the food connoisseurs. We were staying at Four Seasons Hampshire (worst food ever), hungry and desperate, we were lucky enough to get a reservation same day at the Clock House. We were astonished by the whole experience, from the warm welcome, to the restaurant interior, pleasant and smooth music, excellent service from the lovely waiting staff, incredible food (I am not exaggerating as I have had the pleasure of trying multiple restaurants in the Michelin segment in the area) and delicious wine. We had the tasting menu and without spoiling the surprise, every bite was perfection, made with so much attention and utter skill. Truly spectacular! Thank you for the marvellous tasting experience! (One thing I would recommend is maybe to offer two variations of butter for those who might have a more simpler taste palette but otherwise it was everything we could have hoped for and more).”

“Great Thai restaurant in Cheam. Every time we come, we're always impressed. We've tried the massaman curry with both chicken and beef, the pad poi sian noodles, the veggie spring rolls, the mango flower dumplings, prawn toast, the sticky wings, coconut rice, black sticky rice, garlic brown rice. The pad poi sian noodles needed a bit more seasoning/flavour otherwise everything else was delicious. All of the meat was tender and juicy. The staff were also very friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.”

“This has to be the nicest feeling Pizzaexpress in our area, and what a lovely place to be it is! We come here on a regular basis because the team here always goes above in beyond in making us feel welcome. They are efficient, patient and knowledgeable and somehow manage to stay on top of the front of house despite how chaotic it can get in there at peak times. Easily recommended - we absolutely love coming here with our kids.”

Almost like paper. Ketchup wasn't Heinz Tables could be a bit bigger, especially with a family of 4 we had to put some stuff on the floor as there wasn't room.”

Our waiter (from Rome) was very arrogant and obnoxious. We tried Mimi's in Weybridge as well and I would choose Mimi's over Grappelli every time.”
