“What a disappointment! We used to go there every now and then but tonight was the last! We went there as a family and although almost all tables were empty they said they were all reserved so they gave us a table in front of the entrance right where the door opens and closes! We chose our own meat, that's what we always used to do, chose mezze and guess what?! Although we ordered one or two small parts from different things they counted each as a portion and dish and the bill was ridiculously expensive considering the things we had ordered! Worse than that was the lack of quality! The meat was unedible, as hard as stone. Burnt outside, raw inside and full of fat!!!! We couldn't eat our two pieces of biftek cause it was so hard like rubber. Pirzola pieces were all fat oriented with tiny little meat. We went back home, ended up having an upset stomach. Waste of money! This was my very last time at Etci!”
