“As you can see by the picture, the food was simply awful 🤣🤣 kidding. I forgot to take a before pic because it smelled so good on my drive home it was all I could do to not eat it along the way. We ordered take out for pickup at a delayed time and the food was fresh and ready as soon as I walked in. The owner was there to greet me and knew exactly who I was when I walked in, even though it was my first time (but definitely not last!!!) there. There were skewers of seasoned meats available for purchase that looked absolutely amazing, and the skewers of tomatoes roasting smelled divine!! This place is a rare local hole in the wall family owned place that lives 1000% up to the hype and then some. We will definitely be making a habit of eating here!!”

The chocolate ice cream tasted just like a Wendy's frosty and the shaved ice was delicious. Last but definitely not least, the one hot food item they offer is this spiral potato. Rayez took awesome care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Jodi was cooking and you can tell the guy cares about what he's serving you. 10 out of 10 for these guys . “We hadn't been here before, but we had an entertainment digital coupon so we decided to try it. The food tasted ok, but was served barely lukewarm. We did tell our waitress, but there wasn't any help offered. So we only ate a tiny bit and packed it up to take home. My husband ordered a cup of hot and sour and it tasted like it had sugar in it and wasn't hot or sour. He asked for the typical chips for the soup, but found out they don't offer them for free. You have to pay extra. The prices of the entrees are very reasonable, but we won't come back.”

We were greeted by Lorena who was friendly and led us to our table with a smile then the General Mgr Kyle greeted us warmly and gave us his business card in case we needed anything including another reservation at a later date. The beautiful voice of Julianna and the excellent pianist Andy lingered in the air and gave our night an air of sophistication! Then we were greeted and served by an outstanding Server named Amber she brought us Champaign because we were First timers to AZ and Embers. The chef sent us a small appetizer and he prepared our meal to perfection! Our dessert was the apple cake and it tasted as great as it looked! We cannot say enough wonderful things about our dinner experience here! The best we have ever had! No wonder they have won awards every year they have been open! “I ordered a 10” Fresh Fruit & Cream cake for my Mom’s birthday. The cake was very good. The cake itself is a sponge cake. It was light and bouncy and not dry. The fruit filling was very fresh and there was A LOT of fresh fruit in between the layers of sponge cake. The whipped cream frosting was super light and airy and not too sweet at all. It was a beautiful cake and my Mom was SO happy when she saw the cake. She had two servings and kept the cake. Normally she would never have a second serving and always sends the left overs home with guests but she kept the rest of the cake for herself. That’s how much she liked it. The only thing I would have done differently would be to forgo the writing on the cake. The writing was a little bit hard to read and really, the cake was just beautiful without it. Next time, I’ll just leave it blank. Customer service is AMAZING! The woman who took my order and was there for pickup was very nice and accommodating. We forgot our wallet and she had Apple Pay so we were still able to pay for our order without having to drive 30 minutes back across town.”

“Blue clover was the highlight of our day in Scottsdale. We didn't realize a lot of the town would be close/ after Labor Day was the slowest week for the town, but Blue Clover was open and super welcoming. I love that the vodka and gin is brewed in house and they have multiple different flavors available, which made some very delicious specialty cocktails. But the real treat was the cheese fries. Every bite of this was perfection and the chef really made our time there better than just drinks. We will definitely be back here!”
