As she yelled she was sick and tired she then yelled at three young women, high school students. I reported it to the manager. She said backpacks aren't allowed. I pointed out that the students are paying customers. They deserve respect. I'm suggesting that maybe corporate should revisit their store policies and how to impose them on paying customers.”

“I have been shopping at rancho market for years and I cannot believe what I just saw happened before my eyes at the meat counter, oxtail at 8.99 lb, total price about $20. I found a package of meat that showed it expired and needed to be sold by October 27, 2023. When I showed the guy at the meat counter that it was already past the day and asked if it was no longer a good he told me it's fine it's just an issue with the ticket. The manager and the meat gentleman both acted like this was completely OK to relable the meat. I had to literally explain to them how this is even worse than the initial situation and that if they sell that mate now the other person has the wrong oppression of what the dates are on the product they're buying.”

“Found this hidden gem by accident, and I’m so happy I decided to go in! Decor is very cute, staff are super cool, and the pastries are delicious. The girl (Taylor) recommended the “ube cream donut” and it was FANTASTIC. The dough is thin and fluffy. The Ube cream is delicious and tastes slightly nutty and a bit like vanilla. They are very generous with the filling. I’m glad I listened to the employee. Thanks Taylor! Definitely try them out.”

“My husband and I got our dream Harry Potter wedding cake from these guys and it was AMAZING!!! We froze our top tier of the wedding cake that had a fruit filling in the freezer for a year and today on our anniversary we unwrapped it and ate some . Needless to say this cake tasted like the day of our wedding it was incredible, flavorful, and just insanely delicious even after being frozen for a year. Hands down recommend this place to anyone that will listen not only are they affordable and make beautiful cakes they are delicious too! “Here is the hard thing about these wonderful soda shops that are located everywhere within Utah. It seems that this location has a hard time on getting my order right last night 12/21. I made it really easy for these young wonderful people to get my order right they got everything right about it except there was no syrup from the soda in my drink so it tasted like I was drinking seltzer water. My wife was devastated and thankfully my son's drink was not messed up. I sure hope the owner or manager reads this and just reminds their staff when they get busy to make sure that the carbonation, the syrup all the things that make these drinks wonderful is in check. Because I don't want to dissuade anyone from not going to these places because other locations seem to be getting my order right. I would just recommend people once you get your drink before you leave the driveway where you picked it up take a sip of your soda and make sure it's done right.”

“Crossroads has literally prevented me from starving several people. I’m very proud of them for getting with ACLU to counter sue these idiots who think the homeless should be corrales in cages to create labor without wages. Matt, office on the right has often turned my day around just reminding me to keep the hope and engaging in everyday convo. He has been working their forever if I remember right. This place allows the youth to volunteer in their pantry which I think is a great idea to show a kid it will help them see the real life consequences of addiction, poverty, lack of education. The types of issues they probably will never experience. Erika is also very friendly, greets me by first name and allways asks how I’m doing. The donations are usually surprisingly high quality, and unlike most similar organizations the volunteers appear happy n eager to serve. You can feel the love for human beings the staff has. Excluding Claudia’s sour attitude general demeanor and eyes that might be scales in disguise. She doesn’t seem like she enjoys her job and she in never receiving or welcoming when I enter. Time to apply for SS Claudia, the last thing destitute people need is your shortness and the service which seems to be given begrudgingly”

“The food is well prepared and portion sizes are reasonable. The staff is clean and polite and our server Flo was very attentive. I doubt I will return to this establishment over the billing fiasco that we encountered at the end of the meal. Apparently if you do not declare before you order anything how you would like the bills paid you will get a single bill that you cannot split and you are required to pay with one card. So our large group got out our phones and built a spreadsheet to divide out the bill to each respective party and as apologetic as the manager was the whole "paying" process took us about a half hour to flesh out. If you are looking for fine dining and a cosy atmosphere and your party is small or you intend to pay for the whole table of guests this will not be a problem for you. But if you are averaging 120 bucks a couple and you get this sort of harassment it's not worth the trouble just find some other establishment to dine at.”
