“Came to this restaurant with my family for a lunch menu. There were 13 of us. Roka messaged me multiple times and emailed me a few times to confirm our orders. We were seated in the private dining area, which was a very nice area cordoned off from the rest of the restaurant. The cocktails were amazing as usual as were the appetizers. We ordered some à la cart sushi, and nigiri, which was great. The only problem we had at Roka was that they still somehow managed to mess up our main orders, even after so many confirmations and calls about our mains. Out of 13 guests the mains for three did not turn up. Two of them were hotpots which we eventually got 30 minutes after the rest of the people got their food. One of the baby chicken never came. However, after letting them know of our displeasure, they only charged us for 12 guests. They also put the dessert on the house which was a nice gesture because they needed to give two dessert platters for the tables. All in all a lovely outing with family. Reasonable spend of 3350 for the whole party.”

“Lovely....one of our favourite dessert places in Dubai. Located in Dubai Mall and it can get busy. The crispy waffle was amazing....the mojito drinks are served in takeaway cups for some reason and very good. If we'd discovered this sooner we would have gone more often.”

“The pros : very wide selection of meat, some cuts are smoked or spiced, very good service with meats being delivered at regular intervals. Good value for money, meat wise. The cons : atmosphere could be better, the loud Brazilian music can be overwhelming with time. Salad selection isn’t as wide as other Brazilian Rodizio in Dubai. Wines are overpriced.”

“We have made La Maison Ani a must every time we visit Dubai. We dine here several times each visit, and some times consecutive evenings... it’s that good! The food, the views, and the staff are amazing. The DESSERTS are special! The à la minute mascarpone ice cream is the best ice cream we have every had. Vikrant and the pastry team always keeps our sweet tooth satisfied. They have not missed on any pastry / dessert recommendation we’ve tried!”

“I recently visited Hummingbird Bakery in Dubai and had the pleasure of trying their hot chocolate and carrot cake. The experience was delightful from start to finish. The hot chocolate was rich and comforting, making it the perfect choice for a cozy treat. The carrot cake exceeded my expectations; it was incredibly moist, packed with flavor, and the cream cheese frosting was heavenly. Every bite was a delightful blend of spices and sweetness. The ambiance of the bakery was warm and inviting, with friendly staff who provided excellent service. I'll definitely be returning to Hummingbird Bakery for more delicious treats in the future. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth!”
