“Had a co worker bring in a half dozen for all of us. First time trying them after hearing about them for a long time. The crème filled long johns and the pershing doughnuts were absolutely amazing. The taste of a local bakery always is more delectable and fresh than other store made ones. Will plan on getting more soon.”

“The first time experience was lovely. Both entree dished were delicious. As for desert, creme brûlée had some sort of liqueur in it which we didn’t care for as we excepted classic desert. The presentation was absolutely beautiful. The 20% service fee added by default set the experience a little on a wrong foot. While I understand the reason behind this approach, as a customer I rather pay higher dish prices. Transparency sometimes can be hurtful, as many reviews serve as prove. Otherwise, there is two hour parking lot on the same block, so parking was easy. The service was fine as well. Overall we enjoyed the menu offerings and the restaurant.”

“I was meeting my hard of hearing mother and son for a lunch out. I did show up 10 minutes late so my family was already waiting on me. As soon as I sat down she was trying to collect menus before I could have even looked at the lunch options. She even took the drink menu before I could order some tea and wasn't even offered a water. When she was confirming orders she snapped at my son when he was trying to translate for my hard of hearing mother. I'm sure the other couple at the table was frustrated as well but they where very nice asking questions to distract my son from the awkwardness of basically being told zip it. I wish all the tip went to the hibachi chef, he deserved it. He was very nice even noticing my son struggling with his chopsticks (something he was so excited to teach himself) and offering him the kids chop sticks while he was cooking. It seems he took more initiative and she took more of the tip. We will definitely be back but I hope it will be with a different server.”

“Festival Foods has been my go-to grocery store for some time. While they are a bit pricey, they offer a great variety/selection in both their grocery and alcohol goods. My only complaint is the lack of cart returns. They are not existent at this location and ask that you return them back into the store. I've seen several times where people will just leave them in the parking lot which I understand is a customer issue, but cart returns are normally a given at most grocery stores. Every other grocery store in town has one, it might be time to invest!”
