LPM were so accommodating and made our last night in Miami for our honeymoon so very special. “The worst customer service ever!!!! I called in Thursday 48 hours to place an order for a medium size cake for pickup on Saturday, the young lady who took the order took my name down, and provided me with a price. Saturday I arrive at Ray’s cake to pick up the cake order and there was no record of me placing an order. They are unprofessional and didn’t even try to accommodate me after telling and trying to show her I had phone record showing I called Rays Cake that Thursday having a two minute conversation. Customer service goes a long way and Rays cakes lacks that.”
