“Terrible experience! I got this chocolate cake only to find out the owner lied to me. He said it was chocolate cake with cream. Instead, I ended up with an old yellow cake with just a dusting of some cocoa powder. The frosting was sugar too, not a drop of chocolate. I’m so disappointed. I felt taken advantage of. It wasn’t even tasty. What a waste of €30.”

(As I came in with locals who can speak Italian and been to this restaurant many times, so we know what to order straight away, the place can be hectic when it’s full and I can feel that staffs are trying their best to attend all customers) The prosciutto with melon was just mouth-watering and the steak was sooooo tasty!!!! Highly recommended if you are the meat lover.”

“Rangoli has changed since I last visited and now a completely new restaurant. They told me that the restaurant was renewed last summer, now it is quite large with seating in 2 floors. Today we met up few friends with family over lunch, we were 15 including kids. Overall had a great experience with the ambience and the lower floor was almost for us as there were no other questa luckily considering Christmas Eve. The food is slightly expensive considering other Indian restaurants but considering the area it is fine. The taste of food is authentic when comes to North Indian tandoor cuisine but some dishes from south needs definite improvement in flavour (biriyani, madras chicken curry etc). Otherwise very well service and would definitely recommend to try for Indian food lovers.”

The staff were very friendly and eager to explain the dishes. If you’re a spice lover, ask for the different sauces for each dish and you’ll be rewarded with a selection of different chili per dish.
