I’d definitely stick to the dumplings. XLB were delicious too, and there’s a convenient soup spoon that makes eating them super easy! We were seated quickly as a party of 2.”

“Pretty good ice cream and fast service. Tasted pretty fresh as well. Prices were pretty standard for CA and size. I got the Secret Breakfast Sunday, which was their Secret Breakfast ice cream topped with Graham Cracker crumbs, fudge, and a blow-torched marshmellow. I really enjoyed it, but there were a little too many crumbs in my opinion. I'd come again if I was in the area. 7”

“I love the desserts here so much. Like they are some of my most favorite in the city. Chocolate Imperial and for the spooky season an eyeball which was just a special edition vanilla mousse cake. The service is great, my dog gets compliments by the staff and there are so many tasty things just on the first floor. I hear great things about the restaurant and still haven't tried. The desserts alone merit 5 stars, so I know I'm missing out. Worth checking out if you are in the area, tourist or local. If you want something sweet, come here! It may be a touch process for some but totally worth it for special occasions or impressing a loved one. I appreciate that they tape the bottom of the cake bottom to the box to make transporting it around easy and safe. Keep up the consistent great work and service!”

“I love their pizza. What's special about the pizza here is the crust. It is cheesy and crispy. The choices of toppings come together in a nice way. I never enjoyed pizza with plenty of vegetables this much. On top of that, they have butter cakes! It is best to bring them home, heat them up, and eat with a scoop (or more) of ice cream. This has become another staple place for us if we crave for high quality pizza!”

“Almond croissant 2/5 Amaretti cookie 5/5 The croissant tasted alright, but the texture was all off. It was more doughy than flaky and there were very few layers in it. The outside seemed more like a dinner roll than a croissant. I think there probably wasn't enough butter in the mix. It was possibly the least croissant-y croissant I've had in years. Thankfully the amaretti cookie was delicious and redeemed my experience.”

Regular donuts are $1.95 USD, while specialty donuts are $1.95-$3.75 USD. - Apple fritter ($3.75 USD) - not the best I've had but decently sized. - Regular donuts ($10.50 USD for 6) - two buttermilk, two old fashioned, coconut cake and chocolate coconut cake. Favourite was the maple buttermilk. Decent donuts at DW. 3.5 stars.”

“I absolutely love Taksim. From there delicious amuse bouche (tiny cup of pomegranate soup that is to die for!) to the trio of dips (try it with the flower bread instead of the pita to make it extra special) to the perfectly grilled lamb shanks, every dish is scrumptious and beautifully presented. Their cocktails are excellent as well. I had a gin/peach concoction that was the perfect beginning to dinner on a hot San Francisco summer evening. The service is also excellent- everyone is so nice, accommodating and happy to explain each ingredient!”
