“Went there in a group of 12 two days ago. Five stars to their service, they’re responsive and polite right from the beginning till splitting the bills individually for our reimbursement. The service was a bit slow, it took about 45mins to serve the main I guess? But the portions were generous, great flavours. I went for the 3-course dinner £34.95, parfait de Foie de Canard, salmon and crêpe au chocolat. The crepe was really big! My friends ordered the mussels and crème brûlée which were also really good. Highly recommended 👍🏻”

Perfect place to stop off during Portobello market. There isn’t much seating here aside from a bench. Staff were friendly and very efficient which was great as there was a small queue. “We popped in last Sunday for a roast. We chose the roast shared platter and it is honestly the best roast lamb we have ever tasted. Better than any roast lamb we have had in Australia! “I came here for my friends birthday, when we arrived we were told to scan to view the menu which had taken us to an app where it asked us to download and then sign in which I thought was very unnecessary just to view a menu. Anyway, we ordered our drinks, food and shisha, the drinks and shisha took 30 minutes to arrive which is appalling as there was only one other table in the whole venue (there was three of us btw) so I was unsure on why it had taken very long. I ordered a strawberry mojito (mocktail) which was overly sweet, I didn’t have more than a sip. After when our food had arrived, my meal which was a ‘Mediterranean tiger prawn’ was plated well but it did not look how it did on their Instagram pictures. The meal looked like a starter considering it’s one of their most expensive meals. I really wanted to enjoy the meal but it tasted like nothing, the lack of seasoning and flavour is shocking. The fries though was 10/10, perfectly crisped and salted and my friends who ate the chicken burger had given it a 5/10 as well as the chicken buns which were 9/10! The music was 10/10, the ambience and atmosphere wasn’t really much, apart from the wall with their logo, there is not much decor. The staff were very attentive and lovely, especially the lady but I did ask one staff member to take the coal off the shisha whilst we ate and they didn’t, there were about 4 staff members serving two tables. The shisha was great, we had a recommendation of ‘valentines’ shisha flavour and it was sweet, not harsh in any way. They didn’t come around for a coal change and I had to ask for the coals to be changed. I had asked them to bring out a cake for my friends birthday and they went above and beyond playing a song and bringing out a sparkler for her birthday, that was very appreciated! The women’s toilet was out of service and we had to use the men’s room which was absolutely filthy. This is just my honest opinion on the lounge, I would rate it a solid 3/10 and I don’t think I would return again.”

“This place is very small and no where to sit inside, it wasn’t too busy. I would say there is a good variety to choose from, there is drinks options and these soufflé pancakes come with different flavors. If you don’t like eggs this isn’t for you, good thing is the soufflé isn’t sweet so the cream balances out. For 7-9£ you get two soufflé generous amount of topping and it’s reasonably priced. I rated it 3 because of all the hype around it and I would perfect a sit down option with bot cover. But for the price paid it’s decent and a good desert but sadly you need to eat it on ten go. I preferred the strawberry Nutella, didn’t enjoy the tapioca with the soufflé. Overall would recommend to try once, they are very light and fluffy and one can be shared between two if you want.”
