“Best slice in New York let alone Brooklyn, went to all the big name places and this one clears them all. Sauce they use is amazing and they’re all very friendly, gave us an extra slice and some cookies as well. Can’t wait to come back next time we visit from Australia. Margarita and Sicilian are must gets.”

“Had the smoked salmon, mascarpone, lemon, & chive on brioche. So delicate and delicious - you can see specks of lemon zest and chive in there, and the brioche was beautifully baked. No seating area inside so I munched some and had my coffee while standing at a high top they had outside.”

“Pictured: Quattro Formaggi, Chicken Parmigiana, Penne Vodka This is a new halal Italian restaurant located in bay ridge, Brooklyn. We opted with the Quattro Fermaggi which is a four cheese white pizza topped with roasted garlic. We also tried the chicken parmigiana which had fresh mozzarella and Parmesan. The penne vodka was also creamy and fresh. Overall the food was slightly under seasoned but the ambience was lovely. Follow our insta: @nyc.halal for more halal food reviews!!”

“We decided to try this place as it looked very bright inside. We were greeted by a nice young man, he let us know that they serve a combination of Thai, Chinese and Japanese food. We were looking for some good noodles and bbq meat originally so it worked for us. All smaller tables were occupied so we got to seat at the big party table. Interior of this place is so cool, they have anime comic book wall art and fun figurines, that kept our daughter busy while waiting for food. She originally didn’t want to walk into the place as were planning to eat at another place where we usually go to, but cool details in the interior made her interested. Her favorite thing was the kid’s chopsticks that looked like a cute Japanese cat :) we noticed that they have them in two colors - pink for girls and blue for boys. My daughter is very picky with her food so I was really pleased with a fact that we could customize her Pad Thai. I ordered 3 rolls myself. We also got chicken, lamp, and beef bbqs and ramen soup. Food was prepared very fast, we didn’t have to wait for too long and all stuff was super nice and friendly. We left feeling nice and happy, food was super delicious, rolls and sashimi were fresh (we got my fav octopus sashimi) We will be coming back here again.”

“Overall rating: 3.4 Um I can’t figure this place out. I know for a fact I went during the wrong month because there were no vineyards. But the reservation process, the lack of directions plus no food was rough. I’m not sure if I would consider this a roof vineyard which is how it is marketed to me on every tiktok, but… it was an experience. Not my vibe for the commute & a lot of confusion. I might try again when I figure out when wine season is.. for now, I don’t recommend if you’re trying to live out an east coast vineyard experience.”

“Super cute grocery / cafe with a cozy vibe and seating indoors and out. The chili crisp labneh toast was tangy and flavorful. They sell the mezze dips and other pantry goods. No espresso machine, but they have drip coffee and cold brew.”

“Really tasty food. 😋 👍The fried rice had a lot of wok-chi! The shrimp walnut isn't like the typical shrimp walnut dish from most Chinese restaurants. Shrimps are smaller and less mayo as you can see from the picture (middle dish). All orders overall came out tasting really good.”

“Ill start with the positives: 1. Easy online ordering process. Very simple process. 2. Great customer service. They were so friendly when I called to confirm the order and when I came to pick up the order 3. Timely/Professional pick up service. The order was ready when it was scheduled and I had no issues on their behalf. I actually messed up and only ordered a dozen by accident and they had the same flavor readily available for purchase the day of pick up. This was extremely helpful. Now the cons: 1. They tasted just okay. If I had one word to describe them it would be edible. There wasn’t much moisture, a little dry with no mouth watering effect. 2. Very pricey. Almost $70 for a dozen cupcakes isn’t affordable. This is why I thought I ordered more cupcakes. In total I spent almost $200 for birthday cupcakes. 3. The appearance of the store is messy. I didn’t know what I was walking into but they look like they were working hard. I was glad to try this place out, it came recommended from someone I know but I won’t be back mainly for the taste. Considering the price, I want to be wowed. Just wanted to come and give my genuine review. All the best!”

Kitchen 21

“A very nice location, beautiful views on the top floor however the service and food needs a lot of work. The staff is not enthusiastic and slow. The drinks are very overpriced and food is an average price for NY I guess. We order a sangria, corona and a Brooklyn pizza, that came out to $43. Interestingly enough they don’t give you receipts to add tips. Sangria came in a cool palm tree bottle but it tasted like a juice with zero alcohol. Pizza ..... well it was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had; burnt, dry and maybe one tiny piece of prosciutto. No plates or napkins... I think I saw people come in with their own booze and just enjoy the location and the view.”
