“What can I say that hasn’t already been said about this hotel. Me, my husband and our three kids were just there for 3 nights. We have stayed at a few 4,5 star family hotels in the Austria region already but this hotel was by far the best. The room, the food, the service, the kids fun/aqua park and also the area for hiking. Everything was awesome. We are hoping to make it back there during ski season. Not usually one to write reviews but for this hotel I couldn’t not write one. Before we stay at hotels we always check the reviews and try to filter through the legit ones to get a good idea of the place. This hotel gets 5/5 and is worth the money. If you have the opportunity to go there- it will not disappoint!”

“A stunning family hotel with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and woods. We visited in the summer season, hence, it was rather quiet and slightly bit understaffed, but yet well maintained and very relaxing. Great for kids, happy to accommodate our 3 monsters within one suite that fit two cots and a pullout bed easily. The only drawback was that the air-conditioning system wasn't operating properly and with it being 33 degrees outside it was rather hot inside, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was on too. Otherwise, the outdoor and indoor pools were great and had no time restrictions for kids. A big play park on the hill and a kids club that accepted all children without supervision from age 3,and with parental supervision for toddlers under 3. Breakfast was a highlight, great Austrian traditional selections of spreads, cuts and breads. Also good ala carte dishes and deserts. There are a view nice restaurants nearby in the village, and approx 10min drive from Kitzbühel but not sure where the ski lift was for the winter holidays. Thumbs up will return 👍”

“The food here is not only delicious, the portion sizes are absolutely wack. On the menu, everything looks a tad pricey compared to other eateries in Bruck, but once you see the portions... Well let's just say that the value here is unbeatable. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, and despite the place being quite busy (including a pretty large birthday party), we didn't have to wait too long for service. The staff were friendly and quite chill, the food was very quick, and the experience overall was really good. Towards dhe end of our meal, the waitress brought us a bag to pack our leftovers in without us even asking which was a pleasant surprise. I'm definitely stopping by here again any time I'm close to Bruck!”

“Exceptional is an understatement. The hotel is amazing, from the comfort of the rooms, the food, the location, the sauna area, the friendliness of the staff and the entire ambience. The hotel is located a short walk away from the ski lift and has the most amazing sauna area for after ski relaxing. The food at the restaurant is exceptional...in variety, taste and presentation. I could not have asked for a better place to spend my Xmas break...thank you for the most amazing experience and stay at your hotel. I will most DEFINITELY be back...perhaps even make this our annual winter getaway place 😊”

“I booked 2 rooms: one for 2 people and one for 3 (1 adult, 2 kids)- see the photo The gentleman that checked us in was extremely kind and offered to help with the luggage and really gave us a warm welcome. Both rooms offered everything that we needed and were super comfortable. Most importantly we all slept really well in the super quiet environment as the building is located behind the restaurant and thus further away from the street. The view from our balcony was also extremely pretty. Only things that could be better: On Sunday the damn church started ringing their bells already at 6am, which is complete lunacy And it would nice that the breakfast could be already included in the current room price. But we bought it separately and it offered a small but nice buffet selection of different breads, cheeses and cured meats.”

“What a beautiful hotel! We ski as a family every year and would 100% come back. They were so helpful with room situations. Spa is beautiful- so relaxing. Staff were amazing. Ski bus comes right outside and the town is a 15 minute walk ! It was ideal and perfect !”

“Peace & Relax!!! The best place to calm down, detox and rehabilitation... I was impressed by the landscape as soon we arrived! I immediately "lower speed" of my brain and in a couple of hours I felt my body and soul in total harmony. The food in the restaurant was always fresh with high quality ingredients. “Dinner was the highlight of our trip, it was absolutely great. Pleasant restaurant. Staff worked really hard, there was a function on. They are extremely pleasant. All dressed in National dress! Just the beds really, that need replacing. rooms have character with old fashioned lampshades, and the bathroom is fine. Enough parking.”

“Splendid place to go for dinner, would undoubtedly recommend. My sister is a vegetarian and also enjoyed her meals here, loads of several vegetarian choices as well. Cannot recommend the staff extremely enough - often approachable and helpful. If you'd like delightful food that wont break the bank, this place is great for a special supper without the big bill by the end. We ordered lunch here as a special treat and had been delighted how fairly quickly it came.”

“Just returned after staying for a week. The location couldn't be better, sat opposite the main gondola. The food was spot on - great quality and plenty of choice. The staff are also brilliant - they are friendly, attentive and really helpful. Having boarded in Austria several times in the past, I echo some of the other comments in saying this is way more that a 3* hotel and the food, staff and rooms are better than some of the 4/5* places I have stayed before.”

“We chose this for being close to the motorway. Took ages to find. Arrived at 5pm. Freezing cold outside. Hotel reception door open, but the place was in total darkness. They could easily have been robbed. Had to use mobile phone torch to phone a number on the front door. He said someone was coming. A little blonde girl showed up and seemed very irritated with us. I had to ask her to show us to our room, which was on the top floor of an apartment block nearby. She didn't want to, but felt obliged. Tiny little room numbers outside the doors. I would never have found the room on my own. Girl was very rude. Minimal breakfast. Wouldn't go again.”

“This was the best Austrian experience we could have ever asked for. We came in hoping to find a last minute table on a Saturday (try to reserve ahead if you can - this place is popular!) and they initially apologized and said that they didn’t have any more tables available. That’s when Stefan (the owner - far right in the image) walked up and found us a space to eat and enjoy the evening - and boy did we!! We ended up being the last guests there - drinking Schnaps and singing along with the locals to music from all over the world at the big Stammtisch. The food was excellent - traditional and amazing. But above all, The people at this restaurant are so welcoming and they gave us a once in a lifetime experience. We couldn’t stop Smiling and we couldn’t be more grateful. Hopefully we will be back soon - I already know where we will eat when we return! 🥳Stefan, we wish you all the best! Thank you so much for the best night !”
