Breakfast was very good, but maybe next time I would skip the half board, the reason is only that the menu has enough variety to choose and it would not limit us between 16-19. The hotel spa is exceptional, staff speaks English on high level. Kids area of the hotel is well equipped. Room to improve: restaurant staff’s English knowledge and check in experience, maybe it was also because of language berrier.”

“At this price point, I believe the hotel is significantly overpriced, primarily due to its favorable location near the ski tracks. Unfortunately, their policies are not client-oriented. There is no cleaning service during your stay, no heating in the room, and no additional towels or robes provided for the SPA in the room. The Spa environment is far from relaxing, with water football matches in the swimming pool and kids frequently opening and closing the sauna door. Another drawback is the thin walls, allowing you to hear even other guests' snoring in adjacent rooms. While the breakfast and overall experience are acceptable, they fall short considering the high price.”

“Amazing hotel! I have stayed here with my family a total of three times in the past few years, and I am not planning on going anywhere else :D The building and area around it are gorgeous. Lots of details and everything is well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable. I often have trouble sleeping in new places, here it wasn't a problem. The restaurant has amazing food and outstanding service. Hotel has lots of things to do for people of every age; kids playroom and relaxations room, spa, again the restaurant to sit and have a nice drink on its balcony and the well kept garden. A big thank you to the owners and personel of Pensjonat Orlik. The place deserves at least two more stars than it already has!”

“Spent 4 nights here. Good things: - Insanely polite and helpful service. All of them: reception, bar, spa, restaurant, cleaning service, everyone. - New, clean and bright rooms with spacious bathrooms, tea and coffee. - Dogs- and children-friendly. - Buildings have rooms for your skis and other equipment to dry. - Resort's computer system available through the room tablet makes it easier to order room service. - The resort offers a decent selection of Polish books and board/card games to borrow while you're there. - Beautiful area around the resort, a few hiking trails, nice views from the windows. - Good breakfast with a broad choice of dishes and a few rotating ones, so things don't get boring. - Clean saunas, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Minor complaints and improvement ideas: - The floor right outside the pool are (next to the massage area entrance) is insanely slippery when wet. - The sauna door is always slightly ajar letting out the hot air. Might be worth adjusting it a bit. - The sauna itself could be hotter and some water to pour over the hot stones would be appreciated. - I'd consider expanding the board games options. "7 wonders of the world" would be a nice one addition. - Adding an online reservation system for the spa services may make life easier for the guests. Potentially for the staff as well. - It would be helpful if the room's tablet also showed the breakfast and dinner menus for a given day. - Could use a pavement connecting the resort to the main road but that's outside the control of the resort.”
