“The room was efficiently organized, cool (much needed in the Singapore heat) and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful through the WhatsApp program and in-person. The only negative, was a smell in the bathroom (despite the toilet being clean) but this smell could be managed by keeping the toilet lid closed when not in use.”

“This is a fantastic transit hotel. They've come up with a brilliant way to make a very small space feel cozy - and even a touch romantic. Great price and great service. Staff are extremely helpful and their patio is a great viewing platform for the Jewel mall. One suggestion, rethink placement of refrigerator/bagel oven/coffee along the patio counter. Present placement stacks up the guests all on top of each other when there's a bit of a crowd. Not a big deal at all. Just a suggestion to reach perfection. YotelAir does a fantastic job!”

“Customer service is great. The room is a standard size, and is decorated well. Bathroom is again of standard size, the shower is the best, I want one. Just at the press of a button it turns on with a overhead rain shower, normal shower and one that comes out of the bottom that I can only assume is for washing the feet, it also has a digital display for the temperature. Room had a balcony too but we did not use it.”

“Where do I begin with this hotel. The lobby gives you a sense of hope that there is some quality and cleanliness in this hotel. Until you go to the room. They are small in size. Your bathroom, shower and sink are an all in one. That is not really the problem, as that style is quite common in Singapore. The issue was with the cleanliness of the room and rest of hotel. Dust everywhere, mould on door floor, stains and marks on bed sheets and window blind. When I complained to reception, they laughed, apologised and did nothing. Even when I asked for new sheets. We checked out a few days early and stayed somewhere else. It was that bad. There are plenty of other options across Singapore. Don’t waste your time here”

“Great place to stay at if you're out for trips or business the whole day. We didn't have breakfast here at that time. As the name implies, it's for low budget trips, but hey, if you're just going to sleep at night and out the whole day, why need a fancy room. For us, this hotel offered a great deal. Lots of eateries in the area too, in 2007, we used to enjoy the Black Pepper Crab!”

“Rooms are small but adequate & the staff is helpful & courteous. A fairly average rooftop bar with complimentary drinks were given for hotel guests. However, the rooms could do with more soundproofing as noise from the traffic outside & next door was significant & the location is a bit far from the MRT, with bus stations serving the main routes required 5-10 minutes of walking. Breakfast was below average in terms of taste, but the serving staff was great. Wifi is also slow to the point of being unusable. All in all, the courteous staff is what saved the day.”

The issue is the ventilation: every morning of our 4 day stay, we were woken up at 7am by strong cooking smells, onion, garlic, etc. Apparently the people next door were cooking - that’s their right, but it shouldn’t affect the rooms next to it. Still, the hotel is very good value in Singapore and I’m glad we stayed here.”

The room was small though but was clean just right for a friendly budget hotel. the view from our room this morning as I open the curtain was superb morning sun. Staying here with my husband for 5 days for leisure just to get to tour and explore the Singapore.”

“The hostel is located in a convenient location, only a few minutes walk to the metro station. It is also quiet as it is next to a side road and not a main road. It is on the second floor and third floor of the building so you'll need to walk up the stairs with your luggage. Check in and out at the reception desk. There is an outdoor common area with tables and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast or just simply chillax. There is also a small place where you can hang your laundry. Everything is self-service at the kitchen. The room where I slept in had three bunk beds and no windows, so I had to open the door sometimes to let some fresh air into the room. The air conditioning works perfectly. The toilets and showers are simple yet decent in a typical hostel. Personal lockers are provided. Simple breakfast is included. Overall, it is suitable for backpackers or small travelling groups for spending one or a few nights at. Relatively low price and affordable.”

“What u pay is what you get! Room is pretty small but clean and well ventilated, preferably for solos , back packers or couples who use the room for washing up and sleeping. Due to the busy city around the vicinity it tends to get noisy. Very close to Little india ,people of spice or like embracing asian cultures can hav a visit to the temple. Overall, average.”

“Would book again! Checking in yourself was new for me, and although it takes a few minutes, the process is actually pretty simple. There is also staff present from 7am to 10pm to help you if necessary. The location is great. You have easy access to the metro lines that can bring you to Gardens by the Bay, Little India, and if you so desire, even back to the airport. The bed is comfortable, and the amenities provided were great. Showers were clean, but perhaps it was a bit crammed to store your clothes while showering. Only one (big) flaw in the rooms, however, is ventilation. As there are no windows in the room (depending on type) you'll notice condensation building on the mirrors and walls. This is a sign of poor ventilation and a lack of fresh oxygen. The solution I found is to turn the AC unit to "high power". It will be quite a bit cooler (18°C even), but at least the air will ventilate through the room much better.”
