The food at fade is honestly one of the best foods you will get at any hotel in egypt. Kudos their pastry chef specifically. The staff is the most attentive nice staff you will meet who always try to make your stay easier, they actually gave us towels at the checkout day to use till 5 as we wanted to stay longer by the beach.”

“Hotel staff are super kind and very welcoming, but the owner of the hotel obviously does not care! I came here for a 4 day holiday and I cut it short and left early. I was check in 4 different rooms (109,107,404 and 402) all rooms had a non functional AC unit. Temperature in Egypt’s north coast now can reach 35-40 celcius (100+ Fahrenheit) water cuts in the room for hours and you come back from the beach needed AC and fresh water for a shower and you simply won’t get it. The rates in this hotel is very high 250$-300$ per night per room. So you expect the basics to be provided. Food was ok, not exceptional but eatable. The only good thing was the kind staff in the hotel and did their best to help us with what they have. I hope this review reaches the owners and helps them take action. AC’s should be your top priority in this type of weather.”
