“This is our normal go to hotel. We have been many times and always recommend it. However, I am sad to say that this time was most likely our last. We had the studio apartment and we were very disappointed. When you pay for a room you are paying for a bed and good nights sleep. The sheets did not fit the bed (too small) which led to them slipping off and revealing the very stained and dirty mattress which we were then sleeping on. There was a stain on the wall paneling that had not be cleaned before, or during our stay. Very unpleasant. Breakfast was cold and not as good as it used to be when we first started to go to this hotel. Cold fried and scrambled eggs, cold bacon. The fruit should was over ripe and should have been thrown away a day, or two ago. There was no dried fruits, or Bulgarian yogurt on the buffet. The hotel is in a great location and it has fee parking. We have always enjoyed the bar/restaurant opposite.”

“The best thing about this hotel was the great location. Other than that it needs renovation. Pillows and towels were stained and old. The bathroom was okay but the faucets and the tub glass were not cleaned well. Because of the cafe downstairs the rooms that overlook the park are noisy and the staff doesn't bother to ask their clients to be more respectful after 10pm. Overall, I would look for better options next time I visit the town.”

“Aside from the beautifully made pool, there's no reason to consider this hotel. My room was moldy and cold (no ability to change their heat setting). Staff were borderline rude. The pool and steam room were closed early, opened late.”

“I had a great time! Friendly staff. Delicious food. Fast service. Great wine. The rooms (we were in an apartment) were spacious and comfortable. I'm rating my experience as excellent. I'm posting one suggestion on what you can improve: On the reception, I wish you'd told us about the wine tasting option (+ visiting the winery) and the other cool stuff we can explore around (like the dairy farm and the eco trail to the waterfall). We found out those on our own, with the help of the friendly security guard that gave us insight. Kudos to him! :)”

“The rooms were quite nice, although in one of our rooms it was raining from the ceiling which was surprising. The house was quite clean. The food was very delicious. At the begging of our stay the host was very nice but he was constantly bragging about himself, his sons and his house. He was trying to insinuate that we were always wrong and he was always right. The location is great. I liked the place and the house but the host wasn’t the best.”
