“We’ve stayed at the hotel during a weekend with a group of friends. Hotel is beautiful from the outside and close to the termal facilities, just in front of a beautiful river. Overall service is good, staff is very nice, though short for the amount of people. For perspective, we had to wait 20 minutes to checkout and there was a large queue of guests waiting to do so as there was only one person in the front desk. Breakfast is ok, but trailing other four-star hotels we’ve been to. More relevant is the fact that rooms seem to be dated, though clean. Major refurbishment is needed, as it sits the hotel is much closer to a three-star than to a four-star hotel… Overall, hotel is good value for money, but make sure you don’t go with high expectations.”

Blasting horrible music at Sunday night long ater midnight, for 30 or so attending teenagers (judging by the quality of the music), making sure that no one in the hotel can sleep. Unbelievable.”
