“Hi, I was at your hotel and wanted to give this feedback: • When I was there, I proposed to discuss my following visit in April 2024, but you evening colleague (the evening we arrived), was not interested, she clearly preferred chatting with other of the staff. I found her quite rude, and the fact she said that the hotel doesn’t like groups on the week-end … • The same evening, we ate with our group of 23 people at your hotel, worst dinner we had of our week in Rioja, fish was dry, service was for from polite. • Rooms, some rooms incl mine don’t have curtains, but stores, which don’t close of the windows verry well. In summary, for someone likes me who spends at least 2 months a year in hotels, this was by far one of the worst. Hopefully someone in your management picks this up, fixes it.”

“Very good room size (we rented a Studio), new and dog friendly, with food and water bowls + treats available when we arrived :) Kitchen fully equipped and everything cleaned. Walking distance from old town. Online check in, just need an app to open main and room door (after you do payment).”

“Fantastic hostel. We arrived in the middle of the night, without a booking, because we didn't want to stay at the place we originally booked because of some problems. The guy working at the reception at this hour made us feel very welcome and arranged beds for us super quickly. We were just passing through San Sebastian, so only stayed here one night, but already felt very much at home. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast was included, and the location is pretty good: near the lively old town and the surf beach. When we come back to San Sebastian, we will definitely stay here again. Hopefully a bit longer next time.”

“Simply stunning! One of the best stay in our journey. Fantastic position facing the ocean. The garden is beautiful as long as the building itself, including a useful common area equipped with everything you may need for a quick dinner (fires aren’t allowed but you can use the microwave). The staff is extremely welcoming and careful. Wish to come back soon!”

“Fab design throughout, superb breakfast choices, dinner excellent and good vfm. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Lovely pool and the gym facility was good too. Nice to be out of town too with an easy bus route just around the corner. Secure parking at an extra cost too. My only comment was that the bed was extremely hard and could benefit from a memory foam mattress topper, but that’s just personal choice. All in all 5* hotel, service and facility. Would highly recommend”

“Really cool design idea (spaceship sleeping capsules). Very close to San Mamés and the new bus station. A bit far from everything else. Was also quite hot in the sleeping capsule as there is not internal ventilation - the room itself was ventilated very nicely. It can get quite noisy as the beds are made out of thick plastic and it can move around when you move around. It was quite clean (beds are very clean) when we arrived. The TV with Amazon prime and Netflix was very appreciated”
