“It's a big resort which seems to mostly cater for western tourists. The restaurant and cafe are nice. The main pool is nice but the smaller pool with plenty access rooms was a bit dirty. Breakfast is good. Beach is just across the road. Do not arrive early they will not allow check in before 2pm even if your room is ready which makes no real sense.”

Pool area is wonderful and a very short walk to the beach.|Rooms are a very good size with a very generous balcony. Located directly opposite Blueport shopping mall. “Very good rooms for price and beautiful location right across from the beach. Many restaurants within a few minutes walk, and a nice open lobby. Very cute cat that wanders around the lobby as well. Hotel staff very helpful in scheduling taxis, both to the bus/van stations and also arranging for a private driver to take me around the national park. Everyday staff gives you two bottles of water, extra shampoo/soap, toilet paper, and napkins.”

“This is my first time in the Sam Roi Yot area and my family and friends were so lucky to have decided on Green Beach Resort. It is smaller than what you imagine a resort to be, but it has a swimming pool with kiddie pool (about 60cm? deep) and free bicycles to use for exploring the area. The resort offers buffet breakfast when there are many guests and single serving continental/Thai breakfast when there aren't as many people. Even with single serving breakfast, there is always a salad bar, coffee and tea, bread, etc. They change the fruit everyday to provide variety, and the same with buffet Thai food. The resort is very clean, staff are super helpful and they become like family. We stayed for 12 nights and were well taken care of, whether it was arranging trips, renting scooters, or getting us medication from the pharmacy. It is quiet and well-sheltered from the main roads but in such a convenient location. The Saturday night market can be reached in less than a minute on bike and restaurants are within walkable distance, even for my two toddlers. The only thing I would say can be improved is the temperature and water pressure of the shower in the villa rooms. It is warm enough in warm weather but slightly chilly if two children are showering together. The shower in the family suite is much better. All in all, wonderful experience, highly recommend to those looking for peace and quiet in a homey down-to-earth environment.”

“Nice hotel with a decent location just 2 km from the beach. Very clean and spacious room. Unfortunately the beds are extremely hard (similar to a futon) so I couldn't sleep at all. Obviously this is due to me needing a somewhat soft bed for comfort and does not mean that the beds are unusable by all!”
