“The hotel is located in the center of the resort. Clean rooms, towels and robes for SPA. If you opt for another extra bed the rooms are very crowded. Beds are the size of a king. The pillows are not very comfortable. There is no water drinker in the rooms and no tea or coffee sachets. The meal offer for breakfast and dinner is very varied, buffet type. At dinner you receive a small bottle of water. A big minus at the table is the pastry and confectionery side. In the morning the pastry offer is limited to 2 dry products. In the evening at dinner the sweets are from the subway cake range. The hotel has its own SPA area with two swimming pools, one with salt water, warmer and one with fresh water and a hot tub but with cold water. I was in this hotel for the third time and now in the Spa area it was colder and the water colder than usual. A minus from us this year was the attitude of the Imola receptionist when we handed over the room. Although I told him that I parked at the beginning of the street on the sidewalk ( parking spaces are insufficient near the hotel ) he said I have to pay for parking even though the gentleman who was next to me and who he said he was still parked on the street and was not cashed. He told me that if I paid for parking in the city on request, he would transfer my money back. Mrs. Imola's offensive attitude was not at all suitable for the hospitality of this hotel.”

“A very old building but very comfortable. A few of us who stayed experienced a couple of paranormal things. We were in separate rooms, all woke up at the same time (3am) to footsteps in our rooms. Did not scare us and honestly you are in a medieval city so was sort of expecting it. The owner is super nice and the restaurant had really good food. The location is in the fortress so it is convenient.”

“Surprisingly good. We are regular visitors of Sighisoara and this year we couldn't get a room at our regular place. We searched for an alternative, and we are really happy that we found this place. The staff is *very* amiable and always have a smile on their faces. They seem to really enjoy what they do. The rooms are cozy and clean. They have a parking space. The thing I liked the most, though, it's its proximity to the citadel. You get out of the hotel, climb some stairs, and boom, you're in the citadel.”

“Cristian speaks excellent English and is very resourceful and helpful in orienting yes to Romania. breakfast is included, made to order hot and fresh, with large portions, the peasant eggs offer a tasty vegetarian mix with hearty bread and tomatoes. my only comment about the rooms is that I strongly suggest that the owners install walls on the shower either plastic or glass, rather than the existing curtains which don't even go all the way around and unfortunately despite your best efforts lots of water will go on the floor. I would also suggest adding fresh fruit, and juice, to the breakfast, to complement the meal,. Thank you for a nice stay.”
