“Rooms were very hot the air conditioning wasn’t working and can not down the temperature. Out side was 27 deg. And in the room was 31… they said that it is normal, but it wasn’t normal for 5 hours to not cool down…. The food was delicious and very good prepared.”

“We were 4 people and stayed 2 nights! The location is beautiful, next to the dam. However the road to the villa is terrible. We had no shower gel,shampoo or conditioner. For the price of the villa at least this could be provided. Check in was easy with a lock box and the villa was clean overall. Make sure you buy all necessities before going there from Dospat city.”

“Used Junior Suite. Generally acceptable, but the service execrable. Was charged 190E B&B per night, and even at this price (really expensive for Bansko, Bulgaria), we were abusively additionally charged at the check-out with 15 Euro per each night for a so called "fireplace usage", even if we did not used their fire woods available in the room. The receptionist was terribly rude. The breakfast was really poor, boiled eggs, tired scrambled eggs, cheap cheese and cucumbers. The shower was having a hard time draining the water and loaded with mold, bumpy pillows, you got the picture. For this kind of charge, you will find much better places in Bansko.”

“Great hotel, exceeding our expectations. For Bulgaria, it's likely the best spa hotel, boasting numerous mineral pools. Ideal for families with children. It's noteworthy that there are adult-only pool areas (16+). The food is delectable; the all-inclusive option, covering everything mentioned, is fantastic. One restaurant stays open until 02:00, which is impressive. The Turkish chefs maintain a high culinary standard. Although the hotel base is still under construction, it will be delightful to revisit. Some areas for improvement include: 1/ Inconsistent training of waitstaff without a supervisor for oversight. 2/ Towel changes needed after 2 or 3 nights. 3/ Addressing slippery surfaces near outdoor pools. 4/ Controlling Vape-cigarette use in prohibited areas like the Spa and dining spaces. The local staff hesitates to enforce rules due to the affluent guest profile. Despite minor concerns, the attention to detail is evident, and I highly recommend this place. We'll return with our family.”

“This is an old, outdated hotel. It claims to be 4* but it's more of a 2*/3* if it were to be judged against Western European standards. We stayed over new year and upon arrival were upgraded to one of their 'apartments', which had a bedroom with a balcony, two bathrooms and a second room with a bed, sofa, tv and a kitchenette area. Overall, the whole experience was poor. The kitchenette had a fridge, kettle and skink. There were mugs and glasses but no spoons or cutlery. I asked for spoons at reception and they said they would bring them but never did. There was also no washing up liquid to clean used mugs. Rooms were cleaned everyday but dirty mugs were not taken away. Beds were uncomfortable and furniture was old. The spa facilities were decent but their pool wasn't working. the receptionist said they don't advertise the pool anymore but there are still pictures of it on their google page. The one decent part of our experience was that the staff were friendly and helpful. Often, it felt like the person on reception was expected to take care of multiple tasks, like collecting dirty laundry, opening the spa, providing towels etc.”
