“Fantastic hotel! Awesome location, great character, super friendly and helpful staff, and great value & variety breakfast buffet. We had 2 kids under 12 who ate free. We had 2 adjoining rooms which was great to allow the kids to go to bed earlier than us. Also, complimentary mini bar (soft drinks) and a bottle of wine & chocolates in the room to welcome us. Oh and a free snack bar in the common area every afternoon! Really couldn’t fault this place. Would definitely come again!”

“Food was creative, innovative and, for the most part, tasty. Mackerel with beets and chicken with fig highlights. Oysters too. Service was not great, especially given cost. We did a 5 course wine pairing, but the wines arrived well after the food twice. We mentioned it and then red came well ahead of next course. Not an ideal course correction. Pours were very light -- think thimble, not glass. The two reds with our meal were very good. Service was a bit dismissive of us as Americans who don't speak French. The wait staff basically recoiled the moment we acknowledged only speaking a little French. That said, it was all in all interesting dining experience. Service not great. No contact with chef, though he was making rounds that night. Too much money for indifferent approach to our experience.”

“If you are looking for a nice place to sleep in a central area, do not look no more. Stuff is amazing, such kind people with warming approach. Rooms and common places are extremely clean. I mean, like momma's clean :) quite close to the moulin Rouge, but in a calm street, and your sleep will not be disturbed by the city sounds. Close to the public transportation. Also, complimentary coffee and tea 24/7. Definitely the greatest budget hotel in town.”

“Excellent hotel and the beds were the absolute best. The service people were also very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the Sunday staff in the breakfast area were overwhelmed. You definitely need more than 1 person on Sunday's. They were first out of eggs, then juice, then bread, then coffee. While I loved to much about the hotel and would easily recommend it, I would tell my friends just not to eat there. -Mary”

“Stayed here for three nights in our Europe trip and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. We had two rooms on the same floor. Lobby was artistically decorated with rock musician theme. Clean, chic and aesthetic. Catered to younger tourists and couples. Elevator was very small and watch your steps walking up as stairs had narrow turn. Rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Tastefully designed. Beds were comfortable. Clean modern and hot shower. After walking all day in Paris, I really needed a nice and clean place to unwind. Short walk to bakery, grocery, restaurant, train station, mall and boutiques. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend it for younger tourists to visit Paris. A great experience that add enjoyable memories to our travel adventure.”

I opted to stay in a room with a terrace and I have to say, that was one of my favorite touches (even enjoying when in February!) “I am really happy with this hotel. I stayed here at the end of December for my wife’s birthday trip to Paris. I requested the hotel please arrange a nice room for us due to our memorial trip as the very first time to Paris. They gave us a corner room and welcomed us with champagne and balloons inside the room for our birthday. Apart from this welcome, I would like to say that the staff are really friendly and always willing to help if you ask something. The location is easy to walk to attractions such as Place du Trocadero and the nearby metro. There was one convenience store within 30 seconds walking distance of the hotel which made it easy for us to buy the necessary as we wanted. The room was clean and had the all daily necessary things. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here on a future trip.”
