“Room is clean. Wifi works. BUT the AIrconditioner is out of order. The reception did not inform me when I checked in.. I fumbled with the control. My room is currently 30 degrees C. It is hotter in the room than outdoors. And the fridge doesn't work either. Ok I called reception and ask for a fan. Kudos to him, he did bring a fan in minutes. So, that's good. But if AC is a priority, you might want to call to check if they have fixed it. (My stay is on 18th June 2022)”

“I was in room 7 and did not sleep at all! It smelled musty and had black mould on the ceiling. It needs updating badly! The bed was small and not comfortable, and the decor is ancient. I tried to open the window to let some air in and the room filled with meat smoke from the kitchen. It was very noisy with the sound of staff talking very loudly and all the restaurant guests in the evening - until about 1.30am. The walls are paper thin and from 6am the staff were walking & talking very loudly in the hallway outside my room. The plumbing is extremely noisy in the walls. My poor dog was filled with anxiety with all the noises, shouting & banging going on! I asked if I could change room the second night, or get my money back for the second night and leave. Although the employee I dealt with was friendly and considerate, he spoke with his boss about it who offered absolutely no solutions or even sympathy. I slept in my van the second night and slept much better but still had to pay full price for the room 🙄 Customer service is measured by how a business owner deals with complaints - the customer service here is absolutely useless. I feel robbed! I was completely overcharged for the terrible room and no amends were made when I asked for help.”

I understand there are cancellation policies, however we booked the room and had to change travel plans so made sure it was cancelled immediately so they could rebook the room. It was booked for approximately 3 hrs and they had 3 days notice, but refused to return or even budge, keeping all the money. Pretty poor. The other hotel we booked in Gijon and had to cancel due to this travel change refunded immediately, despite being under the same policy.”
