“Very handy located close to the city center but in a quiet neighbourhood of Santander, close to the beach and a lovely walk to the center and other main attractions. There is a paid safe parking on site which really helps when coming with a car. The staff was very friendly and gave us great tips to where to eat in the city, things to do and see while the check-in process was also very quick and easy. The breakfast was plentiful and efficient when going out early to explore. The room was quiet even though facing the street, with good space, comfortable bed and linen, cute decoration and a spacious bathroom. Overall very good quality at an affordable price. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back.”

As you probably know, Suances is a small town, perfect for a rest. So if you go there is to relax, not to having party, but Santander is very close, you go there for the fiesta :)”

As a detail when you order a steak you expect a piece of high loin and not a chop which is what they put. “the area is truly beautiful, from the residence overlooking the forest, hills and circling eagles and in 20 minutes several beaches can be reached (including dog beach) The building is also very beautiful and a kind of old farm inn that has been brought into beautiful condition. It is noisy in the evening and in the morning between the mountains, Most neighbors are farmers and they all have big barking dogs, also Noisy guests (or staff) till late at the terras. And after a hot day the room is very hot at night and no way of cooling the prices of the rooms are way too high for what you get but all together whe had a nice stay breakfast is included.”

“We stayed in one of your apartments. The apartment was very nice, very clean and spacious. It was a pity the patio was neglected. Weeds growing on it and no patio furniture. It could be a lovely part of the apartment. Also we thought it was strange we had to buy our own toilet paper. I was disappointed there was not better recycling available. I understand that this is something that Comillas town council organises. But it would have been nice to see the hotel being proactive about it and providing bins for recycling.”
