The breakfast buffet had loads of choice and the serving staff were friendly and efficient. The location of this hotel suited our needs perfectly: it is tucked away on a quiet side street and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. “We booked this hotel because it is so close to the Vienna central station, and that was the only good thing about our stay. On arrival, they have self-check in computers that you have to navigate yourself and create your own key cards. No one talks to you or explains anything about the hotel or services offered. The housekeeping is awful, rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which is not advertised when booking and no one told us that on check in. Apparently there are drink coupons you can get for not getting a clean, but again no one informed us of that. They don’t have phones in the room so you have to go downstairs whenever you need something which is very inconvenient. The rooms had absolutely no amenities. There was no fridge, no kettle or coffee machine, no safe and nowhere to store your clothes! They don’t even give you glassware so you have no way to even drink water from the tap…you had to go down to the front desk or bar to get hot water but there was often no one there to even ask. The shower head was great but the water randomly gets really hot during your shower so you have to be careful. not good for kids. We expected better from a Radisson hotel and will never stay here again.”

“A recent trip led me to staying here. While the location was excellent (close to the city center and the Shwedenplatz stop), the customer service was far from it. The front desk staff was quite rude, not wanting to fix our heat/believing it wasn't working properly (we had no heat for two the nights we were there), not wanting to switch rooms to a double when that was the request over a single for two people, to a do not disturb sign being ignored and cleaning staff entering anyways. The room size was adequate but needs updating, though the bathrooms were updated but not spotless as they should be when a new guest arrives. Breakfast was mediocre at best. If you're looking for a place based on customer service look elsewhere, but if you're looking based on location and aren't concerned about decent customer service this could potentially suffice.”

“I loved this place. The view was amazing, that feeling when you wake up and see the view is incredible. The apartment is really cozy and it makes you love it from the first second you see it. I just fell in love with the place and made me miss it after I left. It made my experience in Vienna more enjoyable and I would definitely want to come back. I could stay there for a long time and not get tired of the room. The tram is really close so I don’t mind if it’s not in the city center, I think it’s worth it.”

“Staff were rude in general and not particularly helpful. It felt like we were treated differently because we were English, noticed on various occasions that the Germans and Austrians were treated a lot better than us. The hotel room was not cleaned every day and when it was it wasn't really cleaned at all with original covers put back on and in fact we came back one day to find no sheet on our bed at all. The phone was always engaged in the reception room. Found door unlocked to our room on multiple occasions because the cleaners never locked the door behind them so anyone could of walked in and stolen our belongings. The place looked nice when you first walked in but overall it was very basic and not very clean, definitely not a 4 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ hotel and more like a 3 ⭐⭐⭐ I do not recommend this hotel and we were very disappointed with our stay here and will not use again. If you don't mind these things and your just going to get your head down and you don't care about how a 4 star hotel should be run and you don't really have standards then go for this hotel as it's easy walking distance to the underground so it's easy to get around. But this hotel is 2 to 3 star at the most just so your aware. Kind regards”

“I found the hotel very pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a kind receptionist who ensured a smooth check-in process. The building is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Westbahnhof station (U3 and U6 metro + various tram lines). Additionally, the city center is reachable within 10 minutes. The room I stayed in was small yet cozy, equipped with all the essentials plus a smart TV. The cleanliness of the room was at a moderate level, which I found acceptable. However, there is room for improvement in the breakfast area. During my visit, only a few tables were available, and the lone staff member, a lady, struggled to keep up with the cleaning. This impacted the overall breakfast experience. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Vienna, especially if you rely on public transport to get around and are not overly concerned about the room's design”
