“We had the opportunity to stay here with my girlfriend for a few days and were dissatisfied with the service. From the very beginning, the reservation was made for one person, but then I changed the reservation for 2 people over the phone (the difference in price was promised to be very minimal). “Great location between center of Karpacz and entrance to the Karkonowski National Park. The dining room, corridor and terrace are decorated in a retro mountain style, but toilets, bathrooms and a kitchen are modern and tiled. In the kitchen there are two fridges, two ovens, two kettles, two sinks, a lot of kitchen accessories such as cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, ladles, graters etc. Everywhere clean, staff is very kind and helpful. A great place for people looking for budget accommodation before going to the mountains. I'm honestly recommend.”

“The room interior is not something that is on their photos: no carpet, tasteless interior ginger furniture, curtains are dirty and not blackout. Staff are very very very friendly and polite, except the lady on the reception with 90s makeup. The territory is gorgeous: geeeeeen, with lots of flowers, citrus trees. The bed mattress is comfortable and big (180 cm width), clean and fresh linens. Would be great if the hotel be eco: please get rid from one-time plastic bottles and soap bars - integrate refill dispensers for liquid products. The breakfast: minimum amount of coocked dishes, but quite good coffee.”

“It's a room, but not overly nice. We were stuffed into the room at the very top, where the ceiling slants and feels claustrophobic. The walls are a bit thin and there was no fridge in the room. The shower was tiny without water pressure, the staff mostly avoided us. (Some said hello, others only looked at us, then ducked back behind the front desk.) The breakfast was good, but a lot of it was strange salads/pasta with a lot of mayo sauce. Not sure who wants that for breakfast. Situated close to the city center.”

“Wanting a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life, this place seemed an ideal choice. However, when we arrived we were met with a rather cold, breezy introduction of do’s and don’ts of the guest house by who appeared to be the owner - where was the genuine, kind, mountain welcome? The room was reasonable enough but in need of a bit of updating as was the whole building in fact. There were some nice facilities including a swimming pool and hammocks dotted around the property, but we were made to feel as though we were somehow tolerated or even intruding as opposed to being treated as clients. In terms of price, it wasn’t a great deal at all. The main issue here is a lack of consistency in setting standards. Three stars is the absolute maximum. My wife and I hope this review will help to influence some positive changes.”

“We have visited this hotel for 2 nights and overall impression was good. Rooms were clean, sleep quality was excellent, no noise, soft bed sheets and every day they cleaned it up. SPA was pleasant, it was possible to use sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for 8 people. WiFi was very fast and we would also like to give big thumbs up for the kitchen. They could prepare perfect poached eggs for the breakfast and even the dinner tasted very good. The only minuses for the hotel would be for staff on dinner. The waiter was very slow and did not take care of us and also of other (2) guests. It took us exactly 2 hours to get 1 drink, 2 main meals and 1 dessert with 2 coffees which is too long. The other thing I would advise to improve are signs. It was not clear for us and also for other people who arrived with us where is the reception, where to park etc. And the last thing we were not aware about was parking fee which is 60 -65 PLN per night which is a lot. In conclusion the hotel offered us very good value for money and we would return again. Service feels for 4 star hotel, not 5, but we enjoyed our stay!”
