“The management and owner of the hotel is damn insupportive and not ethical. We by mistake booked for the previous day by making full payment and immediately after booking we go to know this and called the hotel to postpone the same for a day as we will reach only next day and was also ready to pay differential if any. But hotel owner didnt agree and forfeited our whole money booked. Not at all considerate and dont give value for hard earned money by others. This is extremely non co operative and ungelful residing a holy places as Haridwar”

“The stay here was horrible! the rooms were poorly maintained. the room, toilets were stinking and the floor was so dirty! I couldn't even breathe inside this room as it was dirty and stinky. The bed wasn't a proper bed but a cement built block type on which they had put mattress, my sleep here was really uncomfortable. But the staffs were really good and friendly, they were ready to help and even cleaned the room when I requested. But the property definitely requires a maintenance check and upgrade.”
