“Nice place to stay with good facilities, helpful staff and spacious rooms. It was a little bit loud at night, but otherwise comfortable. We had to leave early in the morning and they provided us take away breakfast. It would have been useful with hooks in the rooms to be able to hang our clothes/jackets.”

“The rooms are great with all facities and are spacious rooms. The view from terrace is also good. The staff were very friendly but thier english was a bit difficult to understand. Food was ok but the complementary breakfast they offered only had bread+1sandwitch/cutlet for 3 days which was boring and also just 2 bread slices after which they asked for additional charges🥲 but the other food we ordered were good. Overall good hotel and worth the stay.”

“The location is really beautiful, It is at the end part of Cherapunjee, on a clear sky day you can capture the beautiful sunset and sunrise. There are basic amenities, but the service is not great, we had decided to have dinner and it took 30 miniutes just for the food to arrive. The food was just ok. The staff is limited,hence, takes time for the food to arrive. The rooms were fine but the locks for all the doors were broken, the geyser did not work. Except for that the rooms were nice. Overall the experience was just fine.”

“The behaviour of the staff is very rude and rigid. They really dont understand or act as they dont whatever you say. Breakfast options are very limited for veg meals. The restaurant need to upgrade the experiences in terms of cuisines and taste. The front desk needs to be more welcoming rather than being rigid n rude. Better properties available on much reasonable prices that this wooden shack! They can let u wait for minutes for an umbrella but wont give u their own no matter how hurry you are in. The location is amazing, property is amazing but the staff is rude and rigid.”
