“Pros: - Staff. Very helpful at the reception and helped with booking nearby attractions. The room cleaning was very good and the staff helped with moving the heavy suitcases. - Room was very pleasant and include a private balcony with a bathtub, drying rack and beautiful view. Bathroom was very modern and the bed was comfortable. - Amenities were nice including free paddle boarding and kayaking during high-tide. It is nice as the beach is not very busy. - Value. For the price, the resort is amazing. There is also very affordable food at the restaurant adjacent. If you are on a very tight budget you can order food via grab delivery. Cons: - The sink only had one tap with no hot water. This is unpleasant for shaving. - Hand soap has a very very strong banana scent. Perhaps due to the name 'blu monkey' however it was a little unpleasant. - The resort is very far away from everything else of the island. It is far from the airport and other tourist attractions, leading to longer travel times and more expensive transport. We also had difficulty getting transportation to/from the resort as grab, indrive and bolt were unreliable however this may be attributable to the islands taxi-mafia and not the fault of the resort.”

“Don’t usually write reviews here - but wow. Amazing place with great facilities, stylish designer rooms. Staff attentive to details and very helpful. Resort is full of small details that make the stay special - fruits in the room, complimentary small refreshers served at the swimming pool area periodically, impeccable cleanliness. Alessandro was of great hospitality, took us to the swimming pool area and offered drinks while we were waiting for the check-in - great touch and amazing service. Overall - kudos to the Team, I am looking forward to be back. Don’t even mention how beautiful the site is.”

“This hotel is fine to spend 1 or 2 nights but not a hotel where I’d want to spend any longer. It’s very clean, very quiet, but quite far from Kata. The room was spacious and we slept comfortably. The pool is small and when there are several people in it it becomes quite cramped. I really appreciated that their fitness centre was well equipped. Breakfast was passable with very generic options.”

“Booked a room for 2 nights and it was overpriced as per the rooms.Ir costed me Rs 18,000 as it was booked last minute for 3/2-5/2/2024. I think it is due to the season although the rooms and toilet are clean.The room is spacious for 2 people. The buffet breakfast menu was same always only 1-2 item change. 2 bottles per day are provided and the water is not free.The location is very good and lively,very near to Bangla Market”

Our son was rushed to hospital and had an emergency operation, a scary time for us all being in a foreign country, but the help from Piameta was outstanding, she was extremely helpful and caring. Nothing was a problem. She is an asset to the team and management material. A special mention to the two gentlemen who help with luggage (I didn't get their names) but they were also very helpful and friendly, always wearing a smile Thanks everyone for a great holiday.”

“The rooms in this place are very clean and spacious. It's location and proximity to both shopping malls and markets makes it a very good place stay. They also have a large reception area that is perfect for wedding receptions and business meetings. Slightly on the expensive side but worth it if you're just looking for a place to sleep while spending your days visiting other parts of the island.”

“I'm sad to give this rating but I want people to know and for the manager to correct their mistakes. The room was great, the pool is great, price is a bit expensive, but….. The customer satisfaction is most important and from the check in process, I was quickly not comfortable with the staff. The check out process is what really disappointed me and made me angry! When a customer checks out of his room and asks to hang out by the pool for 30 minutes till he has to leave you must say of course! But no, they said no I cannot stay, you check out… and after I told her that's not okay, she quickly changed her mind to yes you can stay, but I decided to leave with my bags. A full on experience is from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave. Disappointed with this place!”

“I noticed this hotel 10 years ago - living opposite. It seemed to me that there was nothing superfluous in it. In December I lived there for almost two weeks. Everything was easy and comfortable. The rooms are quite large. There was no unnecessary noise, day or night. Everything is nearby. Hope to come back again.”

“My 2nd stay at this hotel. Location is great as 10 minutes from Bangla Road though off a side street so quiet a nice. 15 minute walk to beach and 10 minutes walk to Ontop Market. Room was fine, no complaints. Breakfast is good, wide variety and open at 6.30am so great if you have a trip for the day. Wifi coverage on the 9th floor is poor. Staff are pleasant and helpful thought my only complaint is after a neighbouring hotel caught fire, I had offered one of their guests my breakfast (which I paid for) as I was checking out before 6.30am though the Lady at the reception did not allow this which was sad considering the circumstances.”

“Nice small boutique hotel near the pier. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast which you can enjoy with a beach view. The fitness room is okay, but there’s also a fitness center 10min by feet. Rooftop pool is okay but the view is nice. Rooms are fine and the staff is friendly and service oriented. The only thing is, that as my room was located towards the ocean, there's still a street in between with sometimes really loud traffic. But that's not that fault of the hotel. It’s not as close to the center or main beach as you might think. (3 nights / superior king room with sea view / incl. breakfast)”

“We stayed here for 4 nights in Nov 23. Room was spacious and clean. The water pressure was good. My partner complained about the mattress being a little too hard but I didn’t find it an issue. The location is great, near a couple of restaurants (western), 7 Eleven that’s less than 200m away. However the beach is relatively distant. If you have kids and you plan to walk, there are some big roads that you might need to cross. The hotel comes with pool and gym facility. Very decent and nice. Quiet and far away from any noisy hubs. Perfect for family stay.”

“The room is really nice! Spacious and clean with a big comfy bed. Bathroom is also good. But I would definitely not book the breakfast!! Not much to choose.. 3/4 warm meals, watermelon, bread (&only jam to put on) It was really disappointing, not worth the money. There is a lot nice café outside. Swimming pool looks nice on the pictures but not in real life. Small, not so clean & only 4 chairs. At least the location was central 😊”
